Hello. So why didn't you write to me about it? Perhaps this is because you have canceled your subscription every time. You cannot cancel your subscription until the 1st of the next month, otherwise you will not be charged with money, and accordingly you will not receive rewards.

Because your payment history indicates that you subscribed on 2020-09-06. And the last date for debiting funds was 2020-09-01.
