Home Prisoner: Development Progress #3 (Patreon)
Content
Greetings, Home Prisoners!
I'm excited to share that we have completed work on the most complex animation for this update. Only a few renders remain to be done, and the scene will be fully finished. This will take a couple of days, after which we will move on to the final event. We hope that by the end of the month, we'll be able to declare the graphical aspect of this update fully completed, and then we'll focus on text and compiling everything into a cohesive whole.
Additionally, our voting regarding some image adjustments is ongoing. Let's take a look at the interim results:
In total, 12 patrons have voted for the option "Preserve the original rendering style."
2 patrons with x2 voting power.
6 patrons with x3 voting power.
16 patrons have voted for the option "Support the new rendering adjustments."
4 patrons with x2 voting power.
3 patrons with x3 voting power.
Total:
Preserve the original rendering style – 26 votes
Support the new rendering adjustments – 26 votes
The votes were evenly split, amazing! When these adjustments were made, the intention was to enhance the game rather than cause disagreements. The developer would really like any changes to be well-received by all patrons! In other words, it's fair to acknowledge that these aren't the best changes. Originally, we wanted to slightly enhance the old images, improve character hair, skin, but it turned out that the characters changed significantly overall.
With your permission, the developer will cast a vote for the first option. This gives us 27 votes for the first option, which means the adjustments will not be adopted.
In the future, we will approach such changes more carefully and make every effort to ensure they are pleasing to everyone!
It's worth noting that not all patrons have voted yet, and we still have time until the end of the month to determine the final voting results.
