Ghost phone contact (buy drugs, start selling)

Added ability to cancel pizza job via jobs phone contact as well as set gps to shop.

Added ability to cancel Post op job via jobs phone contact as well as set gps to shop.

Added new stash house purchasable on the map (can store inventory items inside, Cooking and stuff is coming!)

Added new 7g, 14g and 28g drug bags for crafting to sell (sold at beach weed shop)

Added cough medicine to general store (crafting ingredient)

Added sprite to general store (drink and crafting ingredient)

Added grape syrup to general store (crafting ingredient)

Added new crafting recipe for Lean drug

Added coke as a sellable drug

Added mdma as a sellable drug

Added lean as a sellable drug

Added new Weed Strain to game

Made the skipping taxi ride price vary instead of a fixed price

Capped the length of location text on the ui when driving so it dont overlap

Removed the temporary halloween events

Fixed dealership insurance bug (hopefully)

Fixed certains items wont go in trunk (if you find any that wont lmk)

Fixed vehicle persistence blip bug and spawn bug

Fixed bug with trunk storage if you tried to transfer an empty slot
