mini rant (Patreon)

First, nobody panic, everything is still on for the Patron demo release at 3pm.

I've just spent the last hour and a half trying to fix an exception error that and had no business being there, and I need a minute to have a quick rant about it.

I wanted to put in a small credits page at the end of the demo.

It sounds like it should be easy, right?

Oh, it always does...

All thanks to some hyperlinks I wanted to put in linking to the Patreon Page and the Tumblr blog, and renpy + python cough, splutter, and basically say 'NOPE'.

So, an hour and a half later, problem fixed, both renpy and python behaving themselves, and what was the solution?

DELETING ONE TINY 24 CHARACTER LINE OF CODE

That's it.

Just hit the delete key and Tadah!

Exception Error is no more!
