So, I have written you a short story, and it is set in Eadoccaburh, but its 'spookiness' is debatable.

It's not my usual style of spooky, but there are certainly elements that are scary in concept.

To be honest, I spent Monday and Tuesday of this week trying to come up with a traditionally spooky story set in Eadoccaburh, but nothing really caught my interest.

End of Tuesday, I was despairing over what to write about when I suddenly got caught up with the idea of changing the 'monster' into something more mundane.
