Without giving away any spoilers about whether Buffy is the only Slayer now.. one of you is right! lol But I will say that the stuff you noticed in that opening shot with the teacher and Larry/guy talking about "not as many mysterious deaths" were just inserts to connect the very long and impressive one-shot that Joss did. No cuts, just one continuous shot throughout the school, and they used those two inserts to ease the transitions. I love how suspicious you're getting, which I find happens with reactors a lot these days, they're looking for more than what's actually there because shows these days rely so much on twists. A great start to my favorite, or 2nd favorite with Season 5 (it often switches). Look forward to some fantastic reactions from a great story arc

It was very brief but did you recognize Darryl Epps from S2E2 (the Frankenstein monster from Some Assembly Required) as one of the zombies in the house? He was at the base of the staircase during one of the scuffles. Speculate all you like about slayer lore and succession but it will become clearer and a part of the story in the future. Sorry, this comment was meant for Ep 2 above.
