If VLC keeps giving you problems, you could try using "Media Player Classic". It's pretty much identical, but only works on Windows PCs.

I love how every video seems to be you apologising and/or storytime. I'm in the same boat, I go to gym at around midnight, minimum 30 mins will do. My PE teacher always told us if pain lasts more than 3 days you've overdone it. 🥵 My sister used to work out at home, dog would usually come and lay her head on her foot or steal the bar bells. Bathroom-wise. I'm either lecturing myself on something or I'm perseverating on things I SHOULD have said in an argument with a customer. 🤣

Couldn't think of anything worse than just taking off and as you start climbing you get that sharp pain in the stomach, i am not trying to be gross either I'm genuinely curious how you handle a situation like that its not as if you can do a quick u turn or pull into a service station
