Tim isn't lying about the piston, it was one of the props from his show, and he won the one of the top awards of the Edinburgh Fringe. That show is why Taskmaster exists, Alex couldn't do the fringe that year as he'd got a new baby at home and is good mates with Tim so out of annoyance from his friend winning he sent out tasks via e-mail to a dozen comedians (including Tim), 1 a month for the next year and at Edinburgh Fringe 2010 he got them all on stage and judged them and that was the first Taskmaster show. A few years later it got reworked for TV.

I am now on Season 5 and still SHOCKED at the dedication of Josh with his tattoo!! Haha! So glad you are enjoying! 🤗

Michael

Let's go! MAN I'm here quick 😂

Michael

They film all of the stuff at the house, individual tasks, team tasks and Tiebreaks first over the course of a week I think. Then they film all the studio shows months later, they film 2 episodes in the studio in a day for another week (now that a season is 10 episodes, dunno about these shorter seasons) So they won't know how everyone did till the studio days

Michael

Josh getting Tattooed is so iconic, absolute commitment to the show! So glad you're loving the show, you have a long amazing journey ahead of you, 14 Seasons!!!

Charlie Costa

You should have seen how angry Romesh wife was when she discovered that he invited his mother on their holiday. Romesh Ranganathan Netflix Special dropped last week, called The Cynic, and it had behind the scenes with his family. Romesh, live at the Apollo is so funny. I just love his grumpy persona and his witty rants. Anyway, nice to see you on Pateron again x

Mandy Cane Lane

Lmao, sounds like a loving family! Haha! And thank you Charlie! It is good to be back! 🤗

James Aston

Well luckily I have a spare hour, let's go! (And welcome back!)

Mandy Cane Lane

Lmao! Luckily it wasn't! Also 'Greg' is shorter than 'Taskmaster'. He would have needed bigger feet. Lol

Terje Flågan

Thank you Mandy, this was so so fun to watch "with you" :) And you relay that warm good buzzed feeling to me. I like it a lot! :)

Mandy Cane Lane

These are so fun to make, so I am super glad you enjoyed!!! 🤗🤗

You have no idea how happy I am to see you doing full episodes of taskmaster! One of my favorite shows of all time (and it only gets better). I have such a hard time convincing my friends to watch this show (I'm Belgian so they have no clue) so it's such a treat to be able to see someone experience this for the first time :)

Ruvan_Asagao

An OBE (officer of the order of the british empire ) is a class of knighthood/damehood :) (this confused me as well at first) Greg mentioning it like it's pretty much a given really shows how well respected Frank Skinner is. Also, duck's feet are both surf AND turf. Definitely more all-terrain than wheels ;) haha

Mandy Cane Lane

Thank you so much! I can see why it is one of your favourites! I am loving it and am so excited that I get to watch all of it!! 🤗🤗

Mandy Cane Lane

Thank you for explaining Ruvan! I had no idea!! 🤗🤗

Ruvan_Asagao

If you are already into at this point you are in for a treat :) as mentioned, this show only gets better and better!

Matthew

I was surprised by the size of the piston I also thought it would be tiny.

Mandy Cane Lane

😂😂 You and I would make great mechanics! 😅🤪

Mandy Cane Lane

Very cool! Thank you Terry!! Lol, I love that he thought it was a mistake!! 😂😂
