Patreon changes - questions (Patreon)

Hey there people, so, with the new year getting around, I've been thinking about some changes around here, and I would like to hear from you guys about it^^ Please give out suggestions how we can improve this year experience and give me some feedback on what I've been planning.

1- TIERS - Since Patreon gives me a good idea on what i will be doing for the month, i decided i could add some more tiers with specifc rewards, like the one of $25 we have now. I will be opening a new tier with a flexibe reward but with a higher price, since my comms prices are also going up. And I would like to know who would be interested.^^ The reward would be a choice betwen sketch fullbody/chibi(kinda watercolor slype)/bust (fullcolor).

2- ADD ON - I will be allowing for patrons to pay extra to improve his pic if my time allows (ex.: make it a couple instead of a single pic/turn a sketch into a watercolor)And also, the winners of the raffles will be allowed to merge it with their reward or make add ons if they want to. BUT ONLY IF I HAVE TIME.3- MILESTONES - I will be putting more raffles and letting my comic a little bit to the side for now. I also want to get the double pic closer.4- POSTING - I've tried to work with the forum thing but really few people go there to look. So, i would like to know if you guys would like me to post my pics as i finish them. I've always thought it would look kinda like too much, but i think it would be nice to get your feedback on them^^ (i usually get to do around 15 pics per month including sketches, so i think it is not that much)

Please feel free to suggest anything you would like to see more here, new tier or something like that @3@

As tiers I'm too low to participate about this question. For Add-on that's cool idea but must be available for a short time like from sketch to line, I think it must be easier to edit as this point for you. As for posting the forum is great idea and you sure work hard on it but keep all in patreon is the best in my opinion. All in one place and can't miss it. As if it spam our mailbox I won't complain for Teti stuff... °w°

These changes are pretty cool, especially the add-ons :D As I've said before I'm VERY interested in the new tier and I love that it gives us a choice now :D As for posting I think it's better to maybe post a link to a OneDrive directory where you put up all your finished pics. That way you dont flood the Patreon with pictures and we have access to all of them! I'd also like to add the tutorials were a great idea and would like to see them return ^^

1 - I am interested. A lot of artist gives discounts for commission for payers of higher tiers. Maybe that is something to consider? 2 - I like it 3 - I have no opinion about that 4 - Yes! Is so much better to be able to comment on stuff right away.

A flexible tier is a good idea. I think we did something similar when I asked for the little comic strip instead of the sketch. I don't know how much you're planning to charge for this new tier but here are some suggestions: 1 bust fullcolor, 1 fullbody watercolor, lines of a single charater with a simple bg or a sketch with 2 characters. The add ons are interesting, but you should be more specific when you'll be able to do that to not overload you with extra work and to let your patreons know when you can do that. My suggestion is: Every other month you can "open" the add ons. Or in the beginning of every month you can inform us if you'll be able to work on the add ons based on how much work you still have to do I don't have much to say about the milestones since they are your choice, but to have the raffle of the double pic closer is good. I liked the fórum idea, but as you said, few people went over there to check the new pics. I think you should post here only pics related to patreon such as the sketches, the raffles pics and pin ups. The rest you should put them in the onedrive folder. The only proble with the OneDrive is that we won't be able to give you any feedback on them. I think this all I have to say

about the pictures posting, maybe i could make a weekly post? and in it i can link to all pics i finished or on progress pics of the week, what do you guys think?
