Lily got over the whole finger in the butt thing. To get on the Lily path Chunky needed to have sex with her at the HOT party. With Envy succeeding on swyper was the requirement for her scene. However you guys got off the Envy path even earlier by choosing the chick choice on whether or not to party with the strippers.

This episode is a great example of how some choices can make small differences. If you stay with Derek in episode 4, you'll bump into the guy from episode 1 who was having trouble with the drink machine on your first night at school. He'll be considering joining the chess club. If you encourage him, he'll make it to the championships and the newspaper article will be about him getting into a fight with your new professor who shows up to class with a black eye.
