So in the ending scenes with the trio, Grover drops a hint about the next season. The second book is called “The Sea of Monsters” so it was fun to hear that because some people missed it. But that’s all I’m gunna say about the second season

I really hope you guys take a foray into the book series the way you eventually did with Harry Potter. I think you’d enjoy them IMMENSELY. The first season did great with some things, like expanding on Medusa and giving her another side that even the books didn’t cover, but there’s also a lot missing from the show that is explained in the books (the blue food is just one example). The the one thing the show fell a bit flat on was the action. The pacing of each fight you’ve seen in season one and the fight with Ares and Luke felt much more epic in the books. I think they’ll do better with the fight sequences in coming seasons and there eventually will be a much bigger battle on a grander scale, but the books lead up to it. Kind of how Harry had things happen each year at Hogwarts but the final showdown happens after years of build up.

I hope you guys react to the making of the show soon☺️.

Give the movies a go! It’s definitely more fast paced and targeted towards young adults. I really think yous will enjoy it LOTS more.
