AJ

Yay, love this movie!! ...Don't know if it's too early to start requesting Halloween reactions, but I'm putting a vote in for "Over the Garden Wall" for this October

L JF

such an underrated film. can’t wait to watch this with yall! 🥳

Jennie 彡☆

Jack Frost was one of my major crushes 😆

AyaaChann

Cant wait to watch it tomorrow!!

Kaley

Oak-thank you for always being so introspective! P.S.-there is so much Jack Frost/Elsa fan-fiction out there lol! Hope FROZEN and FROZEN II are coming soon!

Dobby's Sock

Great reaction lads. Happy you enjoyed this one, it's a favourite in the Dobby-household!

Anza

when this came out, I was so amazed at the animation, it was, and still is, amazing to me. I wish it could have done better, since its a series that it's based on, we could have had so much more. its one of my favorite movies.

Tina L

One of my favorite films ever. The immense creativity and hard work that went into this project is so evident in every aspect. I adore it so much and it's so lovely to see this underrated movie get some love.

Tina L

I saw this movie in theaters and it was so much fun and visually stunning!

I have been refreshing your patreon all week and as soon as I saw this upload, I immediately subscribed. Absolutely loved seeing Oak smile so much throughout the movie; Rise of the Guardians is truly an underrated gem, glad to say it’s become a classic Easter movie in my household. I cannot wait for your reaction to Zootopia now 🤞🏻☺️

Seeing you guys watch this and love it makes me want you guys to watch Arthur Christmas so bad! It's not just my favorite Christmas movie, it's my favorite movie period. It's what I watch when I'm having a bad day and need to reset myself. It epitomizes Oak's outlook on this movie: set up for adult and child demographics, easy and enjoyable surface level story, great characters, and a TON of layers. The first time I watched it I didn't really pay attention too much because it's kinda goofy kids movie. Then I actually sat down and paid attention the second time. HOLY COW, does it ever have a metric ton of life lessons seamlessly integrated into it! Family dynamics, black sheep, aging, agoraphobia, believing you're good enough even when other people don't, getting what you think you want isn't always what you need, new doesn't equal better... the list really does go on for it. Plus if you pay attention to all the background written words/posters you'll die laughing. I think all of you would really get a kick out of it and probably laugh the entire time! And, honestly, I think Oak would love it. My two cents. 🩷💛🩵

I used to rent this movie from Blockbuster every week when I was a kid lol 😭😭 love the reaction!

For me it is still something special, I always have to think about the year after it was published; At a convention a little boy (we knew very well) came dressed as Jack Frost and had a "free hugs" sign on his stick. Everyone he mat was enchanted by him and went for the free hug. One of the best memories I have with a film. And it's one of my "ever year rewatching" films. like coco, Klaus (you NEED to react on it!) or Mary Poppins 2 etc.

Heathwitch

Ahhh, thank you for watching this! It's a big favourite of mine and so underrated. I always, always cry at the end no matter how many times I've seen it -- and, though some say it's a Christmas movie, I watch it whenever I need a pick-me-up. :) However, I do like watching it back-to-back with The Holiday, which also has Jude Law in it, and somehow the two make for a cosy combo. I'm so glad you all enjoyed this one and thank you again for giving it a try and sharing all your thoughts and lessons with us. :)

Brooke Chabala

I’ve always loved this one!!! Thanks guys

Steven Warner

Boogeyman looks like Aegon 😂😂😂

Kat M.

Top tier Winter film ❤️

Tess Duwel

It’s the little jokes and tiny details that really make this movie a masterpiece

Danna Radilla

Omg, I love this movie! Every time you try to guess the voice for Pitch I was like 'It's Jude Law!' and when Oak said the Voldemort vs Harry it was so close, more like Jude Law -Dumbledore!. One of the most cool things I love about this movie is the little scenes with the elves, I needed to watch it a couple of times to catch all the little details and I love that!

AbraxasBelzebub

I love how enthralled you seemed to be whil watching this. It semmed to me like the wonder of all the Guardians got you hooked! :D I love this movies so much and I am happy you enjoyed it :D

Steven Warner

First time watch for me, 4.64/5 in my opinion, wish i would’ve seen as a kid, would’ve been 13 when it came out

Lauren

You hit the nail on the head, Oak. Parents need to protect the innocence of children. Let them believe in magic as long as they possibly can.

Dacorian Campbell

This is one of my favorites. Glad you guys enjoyed it.

The moment Jamie sees Jack always makes me tear up. He waited so long to be seen, hugged, acknowledged! It always speaks to me.

Annie519

For me this is Dreamworks most underrated film and it doesn't get nearly enough attention! Like where are any of these characters in their new opening intro?? They put Boss Baby on their but not any of these characters! The animation is beautiful, I love the moment when the huge dinosaur appears and you can slightly hear the Jurassic Park theme. Any time Sandman is there it's just amazing. I absolutely love the design of all of them too, they put new twists on these characters like we've really never seen before or rarely ever see in films, I mean how many movies do we actually have with the Easter bunny? But my favorite design is the tooth fairy. I love they made her a hummingbird, such a great idea, the colors of her feathers are so vibrant and beautiful. Pitch is also a very underrated villain, he's actually really great with being physiological and I thought Jude Law was great, it sounded like him but not really either. I really like that it's the kids that were ones who saved the day and destroyed Pitch. Not saying the Guardians didn't do anything but it wasn't working until Jamie spoke up and I firmly think it was because of Jamie that brought back Sandman.

Super Fan Sophie

One of my favorite animated movies! So glad y’all watched it! Really underrated movie 🍿

BlueJean452

Love this film. Another great spin on the Santa Claus tale is Klaus (2019). Such a great movie.

Hearing Mason Quinn talk about Final Fantasy animation at the begining made me think of a real "out there" suggestion that I'll bet you guys haven't seen. The Final Fantasy movies are really good in terms of their animation quality. I know you guys would go nuts watching FF15 Kingsglaive. The animation and action is insane and the story is pretty great. It's very self contained and doesn't rely on playing the original game to know what's going on. I can't recommend that one enough. I think it'd be a great one for ya'll to watch. And as a bonus, Sean Bean voices one of the characters.

Tank Fishing

Great movie. Interesting take on the holidays. If you’re looking for anouther different take on a Christmas movie.would deffinetly suggest klaus on Netflix. Really great humour and over all really great story. It’s my favorite holiday movie by far

Hands down one of my favorite movies to watch around the Christmas holidays! I watch it quite a bit during the season even by myself! ☺️

So I love this movie and the name always makes me think of Legends of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole. Nothing in common just the name always tickles my brain and makes me think of that movie. It's visually stunning as well in my opinion.
