Nicolo talking about sasha hit deep man 😔 🥔

KamiGema

Working rn….Waiting to get home to re-watch Nicolo suffer and join him

Shabby

Remember, if anyone gets turned into a titan with spinal fluid they are just a mindless Pure Titan. They are essentially dead because the only way they can come out of that state is to eat one of the nine Titan Shifters.

Sean Carroll

I get mason quinns point at the end discussion regarding someone taking power and having a button that they could click to threaten everyone. Just remember that for the last 100 years the rumbling threat has been that button that the king threatened the world about. If he decided to click that button he’d unleash millions of colossal titan to flatten the earth

David Wong

To address Diamond Dave's question, Eren showed up to the table with his hand already cut as a way to threaten Armin and Mikasa, meaning he could transform into a titan at any time. Also yes the working theory they have is that Eren has to make physical contact with someone of royal blood to gain access to the Founding titan's full abilities, which would be to start the rumbling.

Drift3r

Awesome reaction as always. Loved watching your minds get blown by this awesome episode.

“Sasha was a hunter. Even as a wee girl, she shot varmints in the forest for us to eat. That was just our way of living. But I knew there’d come a day we’d have to give up that style of life, so I sent Sasha away from the forest. She went into the world, became a soldier, shot people far yonder and got herself shot. In the end, though she left our forest, the world is a great, big forest where everyone is fighting for their life. I reckon Sasha died because she wandered in the forest too long. We’ve gotta keep the children out of the forest. Otherwise, ain’t nothing gonna stop it from happening again. That’s why it’s up to us adults to shoulder the sins of the past”. And that is a monologue, with that particular music playing, this is one moment I rewatched maybe more often than others. If you previously thought that anime was for kids, what do you think of that statement about adults who aren’t shouldering responsibility and leaving their children a worse future? This scene from start to finish is incredibly deep and moving.

The Oak asking all the right questions

Marbelis

Sasha’s dad speach was great

JOJO

honestly there are things im still catching even though its like my 4th time watching. they really do care about the details in this show and watching it a second time made me appreciate all the story elements they foreshadowed

Ginzo

A full body of wine to the head can definitely be fatal or do permanent in real life, but 9/10 it's nothing in anime. There are anime where characters will LITERALLY lose gallons of blood and shrug it off like nothing. AoT is definitely more grounded than most, but it's still an anime and the human body being more durable than the real life counterpart is a common theme in anime. Just add it to the list of "anime things."

Linh Nguyễn

Someone already answered the eren’s cut question. But as for the spinal fluid, eren making contact with it wont trigger any founding titan power. The spinal fluid is just simply zeke’s ability to turn people into dumb titans, that’s it, therefore falco wont turn into the beast titan or having its power with the spinal fluid. The only way to trigger founding titan power is to physically in contact with a body of the royal blood

Rena Unnie

True, hard to imagine any good ending with all the intensity in that show! Love that scene with Nikolo and little blond girl (I forgot her name), it brought me solace and closure coz I was very mad at Gabby ahaha :D

Miki

I just want to clarify NOT A SPOILER but in regards to zeke's spinal fluid when injected or otherwise "consumed" when combined with his scream it can make titans but only dummy titans they will not become one of "The 9" no duplicate beast titans etc just dummy no brain titans. you can only become one of the 9 by eating one of the 9 or born as one of the 9 if they died before being injected; it would go to a newborn baby

Miki

if it is easier think of eren's cut hand as a loaded gun on the table the man is making a threat. remember the way they transform is self harm so eren with his hand already cut means he is ready to transform into a titan at any time he means big business this isn't going to be a friendly convo

XXI

Get yourself a friend like Falco 😳

Ryuji Danma

One person with a button to control everything can't be a good idea, imo. If we translate that to our world, it's like having a king who rules the entire world through fear with a nuclear power capable of destroying everything.

Pham Hung

I think Falco surviving the wine to the dome is because they're not regular kids...they are the best of the best. The show has reiterate that Marley can't afford to lose Gabi, especially. Her personality and ideology flaws aren't an indictment on her ability as a soldier. She's supposed to be almost a super soldier, perfectly brainwashed, that came out of their Warrior program.

Specifically, you have to be a titan already to gain the powers of the 9. If you get their spinal fluid while human you either transform into a mindless titan like any other, or become a "sleeper" titan if you got royal blood spinal fluid.

Honestly it's not even an "anime thing." How many times in movies do you see people getting hit upside the head and knocked out? Any impact serious enough to instantly knock you out can be life threatening in real life. It's just a fictional allowance we make for storytelling.

peak is coming trust

Marcos Olguin

“Keep it down will you, this is a family restaurant” - Floch in the English Dub

Thiago Gaspar

Meu deus, eu to morrendo aqui já com esses reacts hahahahaha quero muito ver suas reações aos próximos episódios!!!! : )

Sasha B

one of my favorite eps

TheMilkMan

This is one of the best written episodes of AOT, the tragic love Nicolo had for Sasha, Mr. Braus being the big man to end this cycle of revenge, the pull up of the Jaegerists with Eren just casually walking into the room kinda mirroring how Reiner and Bertholdt casually revealed their identity.

TheMilkMan

It's not confirmed but people have believed that Sasha's last words were not "meat". In episode 8 she whispered "Niku" which is Japanese for "meat" but it is possible that Sasha was calling out "Nico-" as in Nicolo as they had some sort of love relationship according to Kaya in this episode. Either way, it's more salt to the wound.

GooseToes

One of the best episodes in my opinion

Ida L

You are gonna reeeally want to watch Episodes 78, 79 and 80 together. I also really recommend watching the dubbed versions cause there is no way you are gonna catch everything that's gonna be thrown at you in those episodes by just reading.

Brooksie

I caught the One Piece joke Mason Quinn😂👌can't wait for you guys to react to it

Sean Carroll
>>149676649

I beg of you badd medicine, do not watch these legendary episodes in dub. Only one of these episodes is actually difficult to understand, the other 2 are very straightforward

Sean Carroll
>>149656424

It doesn’t matter how best of the best you are as a child a large trauma to the head normally results in death

Ida L
>>149676649

Yeah I mean if everyone is against dubbel I'm fine with that. I do think they really should watch those three episode together though

Jayden Donnelly
>>149690623

2 episodes a week would take them like 10 years to finish the series. I doubt they react to it.

TheMilkMan
>>149673309

Yes I know that, I'm just saying what others have theorised, what if it's a double entendre? A phrase that can be interpreted both ways. Obviously it's "meat" cause in the dub they say "meat". Animes have been playing on words for a long time that not a lot of western viewers get like in Heavenly Delusion, they love to play on the meanings and interpretations of character names.

Shaughn House

I’m surprised Oak hasn’t made any comparison to real life events with this season being the historian of the group

Marco Gutierrez
>>149621190

The most insane one I can remember was Deadman Wonderland. I've seen other anime that are more gorey and whatnot, but as far as just normal human bodies that anime shows them leaking a ton and yet recovering just fine lol.

Magda Ch
>>149690623

Please, I recommend you first watch Death Note and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, I think they are more complete and shorter series, with an excellent story that I'm sure you will like, there are some anime that although many people like them, they are not for everyone, or they are more popular for the fight scenes and have many filler episodes.

Brooksie
>>149690623

One Piece isn't popular just for fights (and they can skip filler like other Youtubers), it's the world build building, character development and the overall story that make it popular. I agree that just because something is popular doesn't mean they like it, but that's why they're a reaction channel. They can watch whatever they want and let us know what they think. And from their reaction of the live action, they would probably like to see what the live action had to cut out by watching the anime. Also they will be having a poll after Attack on Titan, so it will be a vote anyway.

Anguis Viridis

Just started watching - you know what, guys? Throw your predictions out and just enjoy the show! As a viewer, it's fun just seeing how you react to the story, with nothing riding on how you think things will go. Predictions are almost a form of "self-spoiling" via thinking through the show more than you need to - good to truly go in as blind as you can. The payoff - smh.

Aggiiee

Falco actually realised Nicolo was somehow close to Sasha, so he tried to stop Gabi from saying she killed her

Ram.

So uh, where's episodes 70 and 71? It goes from 69 to 72 here.

Epicastro

Sasha’s dad words ARE the theme of the show..

Claudia Escarcega

Guys, where are the episodes 4x11 and 4x12?? can't find them anywhere
