우영팬

I HAVE BEEN REFRESHING ALL DAY 😭🫶

I'm Batman

Looking forward to this I have also just seen bits and pieces like dd but never sat down and watched it. PS please react to Tim Burtons Sleepy Hollow lol

Kaley

Let’s go! Really thought that the allegory for racism in this film was powerful-still relevant…

Emily G

Yay I’m so excited you guys reacted to this! You guys should watch Into the Woods (2014) for October ❤️❤️

Isaiah

this is one of my favorite Disney animated movies 😭

Crispin

perfection.

Ivan Rasmussen

You guys should react to Robots from 2005. Super underrated animated film about following your dreams and it is awesome!!

Alanna Banana 🍌

You guys gotta watch Horrible Bosses with Bateman now ☺️

I'm Batman

So Jennifer Goodwin is an actress that stars in a TV show called Once Upon A Time, she stars as Snow White in the show. Was watching it last night, one of my favorite shows.

Same, she was one of my favorites from once upon a time, the chemistry between her and her husband Josh was unparalleled. But Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin was absolutely the goat in that show lol.

taylor

love your review at the end oak! this movie touches on a lot of issues still prevalent today. thanks for acknowledging it.

Steven Warner

Great reaction, Oak was right on the money, it is a movie to bring all the ism’s to light

Erlacine

Can’t wait for the second one!

Steven Warner

“We finally got Zootopia for you guys………” roll credits 😂😂😂

Angelina

INCREDIBLE reaction 👏👏👏 Had so much fun watching with y’all!!! I am a “bad guy” Bateman fan too so this hit all those high notes I always love from that actor. Thank you for acknowledging the importance of the “isms” this movie shines a light on. Hit the nail on the head! One of my fav animated movies and thank you for the fun ride 🔥🔥🔥

Christina

okay gonna put this Disney request out there!! 1. Treasure Planet 2. Atlantis: The Lost Empire 3. The Emperors New Groove

CC R

For another animated film you guys should watch Rio if you haven't already!,, it also has a great message attached to it!

Anna Neiblum

watch monster's inc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mathieu Lessard

@Mason Quinn, have you seen "Bad Words"? It's one of my favourite sarcastic Jason Bateman roles, and he directed it too. It's probably not worth reacting to on the channel, but if you haven't seen it, I think you would enjoy it.

Raquel Perodin

Definitely recommend wreck it Ralph, such a good movie

Christy Oliver

One of my favorite Disney movies ever. ❤️❤️

shaneth138

Dont' feel bad about the 4.7 Dave. That is plenty generous. This movie is a 4.0 at best for me. Really solid but nowhere near some of the best animated films. I don't think 5's should be thrown around so easily. Not that it matters but if I am rating anything a perfect score, it's gotta be like next level special.

Annie519
>>150039668

I would love for them to react to that show, it would be so much fun! And a fun fact, Ginnfer Goodwin's real husband Josh Dallas also did a voice in this, he was the Pig that had been robbed by the weasel, he's in there again later when all the protesting is going on.

J Knight

Watching this before Wreck it Ralph is diabolical 🤣

Patience

Great Reaction and Anime movies are getting more so for Everyone and every age . Animation is just a Medium

Stephanie

2 great Jason Bateman movies I highly highly recommend are Horrible Bosses and That Is Where I Leave You. Would be great to see your reaction to these two.

BlueJean452

You guys should also check out Elemental. Amazing animated movie as well.

e

appleton oak ik what story you're talking about! otters and dolphins have the best pr teams despite being evil asl

Josip Buretić

That was excellent reaction guys!! And the best thing is we are getting at the end of the year Zootopia 2

Justin Russell

If you guys want some real solid Jason Bateman, check out the series arrested development!! For another great Disney film, you guys should check out the emperors new groove

Madeline P

If you’re looking for more animated movies, Meet the Robinsons from 2007 is a great one!

Lauren

This movie is so brilliant in all the ways you guys mentioned. Thanks for the reaction.

Alanna Banana 🍌

Petition for you guys to watch the Sing movies. Animated animals with a stacked cast and great characters and music.

Sarah

Zootopia isn't a favorite of mine, or an animation I consider one of the "greats", but it's still such a good one. So enjoyable with a really engaging story and the music is so fun. I just enjoy it so much despite not being in my top 10. One of Disney's better, more recent, animations though.

Nathan Kholamian

Definitely should check out Arrested Development for Jason Bateman at his best and just because it might be the funniest comedy show of all time.

Plebcy

I think there are a couple of key things in Zootopia that make the movie hit home. The fact that Gideon Gray apologized to Judy the moment he saw her was a full circle, and then Judy apologized to Nick the moment she saw him again, which is another full circle.

Plebcy

Please check out Princess and The Frog for October. It's a great (and underrated) Disney animated film and fits the spooky vibe of October!!

Artem Dmytrenko

Yeah, definitely outstanding movie for me.

Ida L

Please do Treasure Planet!

Marco Gutierrez

Yeah I definitely don't think this one is all that big a deal or anything. It's a solid 3/5 for me. The biggest problem is the major plot hole of the film regarding the flowers. These are a known flower that exists in this world, it has a nickname and all that, and yet no hospital anywhere connected the symptoms? Nobody bothered to say "hey, these guys are exhibiting symptoms that are synonymous with exposure to this pretty famous flower. We should try the antidote for it." I know people are going to call this nitpicking, but it really isn't. It's an incredibly obvious thing that stands out once you put a moment of thought into it. The movie as a whole is still good, it just should have been written with the animals being poisoned with a new and synthetic thing, not these flowers that is common knowledge.

Kaley

Would love MONSTER’S INC for October! A spooky vibe with the monsters but also super wholesome and hilarious!

Eric Wallace

So Mason Quinns "dickhead jason bateman" is his version of Oak discovering a meme in a movie. Great time guys! If you haven't seen them, Mulan or Atlantis would be awesome

Jenny D

I definitely think Horrible Bosses would be great to react to!

Ha don't we all kind of have our own rating system? Also I use letterboxed so I am mostly talking about that for myself personally. I'm just saying, if any of us actually rate anything, just giving anything a perfect score makes the rating system meaningless, does it not? Zootopia is a middle of the road animated film. You might as well ditch the ratings if you're giving movies like this a 5. It's not a big deal, I don't really care. The point of my comment was to tell Dave to not feel bad giving it a 4.7.

Carla G

React to game night

FatLittleButterfly

Zootopia? You got me subscribing so quick lol I find it interesting that we didn't see any primates in the film. we also really only saw one city + a rural bunny village, so I am really curious about the world building

jasminethegreat

This movie is amazing. top 5 for me. The dynamic between Nick and Judy is truly one of the best i've ever scene☺And Nick's character man. His dry humor and sarcasm fits so well and well written. Tied together with Judy's bright personality and bantering with Nick makes them work so well. The animation is so detailed and so great 💚They spent years of making individual furs on the animals. That's why it looks soo realistic and clear. They spent 18 months researching on animals and went around the world to get first hand experiance. The work it took to make this was so awesome and it paid off well making 1.2 billion dollars. As they should. Can't wait for the 2nd movie! 😁

Griffin

I think Zootopia is an excellent conversation starter for parents to talk to their kids about some of those deep issues.

It is nitpicking, though. The flowers were used in a highly concentrated form that had never been seen before (according to the distillation setup, it appears at least 1000x so). It's reasonable to assume the symptoms are way worse or even new additional symptoms appeared at that high concentration, and the doctors researching the savage animals wrote off Night Howlers because "symptoms from exposure to those flowers only lasts a few hours." Remember it had only been about 2 weeks since the first mammal "went missing". Medicine is very complicated, and if random people just started attacking other people and they were too out of their minds to be questioned, and we'dhave to knock them out to be able to do something as simple as drawing blood, it would probably take weeks for us to figure out what was going on too. Additionally, it is implied at the end they had to *create* an antidote (it was "proving effective"), not that one already existed.

Katie
>>150055790

Agreed. 4.7 is a high score. I use letterboxed as well and everyone’s ratings all mean something different. There’s no universal rating system tbf. A 5 to someone is not a 5 to someone else, it’s all subjective. Personally I rarely give out 5s and some of my 5 ratings are more personal reasons if anything

Marco Gutierrez
>>150114589

That's not the implication I got at all. The news said that the night howler antidote was proving effective. If we heard the news say that the rattlesnake antivenom was proving effective at curing something, we wouldn't assume that it was some new thing that they created, we know that rattlesnake antivenom exists. On top of that, yes the night howler symptoms are known to only persist for a few hours, but they're still the same symptoms so it's natural that they would follow along that track. For example, if someone was exhibiting symptoms of hydrophobia, one of the things that doctors would guarantee check for is rabies. Rabies cases aren't that common either but it's such a well known symptom that doctors would immediately look down that road. In addition, we see the solution that gets made from this and we see how it's delivered. It's fired and bursts out of the capsule on the target. That means there's a pretty sizable splash zone of indigo goop on each animal that was targeted, and over time it would just dry up. They'd have samples of it dried on each of those animals, whether on fur or on clothes. I mean hell, they picked Machas up in like 15 minutes after being hit. They likely had him in the facility within the hour. That goop was 100% still on him. It isn't a deal breaker for the movie by any means, it's just a hallmark of the terribly writing that has slowly infected the entertainment industry over time.

shaneth138
>>150055790

Yeah I agree, I'm not dogging them for giving it a 5. To each their own. I just don't think Dave should be catching heat for not giving out 5s easily.

CT

This was my beastars, before beastars was a thing

shaneth138
>>150055790

Inside Out, Coco, Up are 5s for me, and I actually have Soul as a 5 as well. A lot of people are luke warm on Soul but I think it requires several viewings to truly appreciate how good that movie is. Up, Moana, Wreck It Ralph, Wall-E, Inside Out 2, and all of the Toy Story movies I have as 4.5’s or above. How about you? What are your 5 rated Disney/Pixar animated movies?

benjamin hall

PLEASE watch BAD WORDS starring Jason Bateman as an Adult in a childs spelling B lol Sooooo good!

Peter Morgan

Can't believe Quinn hasn't seen Dodgeball! That is a must see. Also has Bateman but in a different role. Still good.

Christian Cruz

Oh yea just subscribed this is the first reaction I want to see. P.s. oak ur my favorite 💪💪
