anger and vengeance can really cloud you and your actions, and this is why caitlyn actually did miss! she had a clear shot when vi and jinx were fighting but she only got her finger.

I don't think she missed the first shot. I think she was willing to leave it to Vi since she Vi seemed ready to just end it. But once Isha got involved and Vi obviously wasn't going to kill Jinx, then she definitely gave into anger
