A fun tidbit to know is that the plastic surgeon and the main female villain fell in love on the set of this show and became a couple in real life so it's funny to think about since you guys ship the husband with our female lead lol.

Korea has a really high rate of "unaliving" themselves so it's not surprising if that's where Dong eun's head space is. I can understand why DD would think that way. But of course we all want Dong eun to start over instead. Let's have hope for her. On another topic, Dong eun did said that Myeong Oh has nothing else to lose but his life.

Now that the show has cleared up your misunderstanding about Dong-eun's intentions with the daughter, I need to ask how you managed to get to such a misunderstanding in the first place? How did you turn "Now I'm going to wield a very soft, very bright curling iron. The one that you cherish the most, Yeon-jin" into "I'm going to get back at you by torturing your child with a curling iron"? What she said doesn't even remotely hint at that interpretation.

She said that while with Park's daughter while looking at her and the camera cuts to her daughter. When those thoughts are being said and they show Park's daughter, it's ok that some will think as one can take it as the show doing misdirection. It's not far fetched to think unless you've already seen the show.
