loved the post episode discussion, glad the first episode grabbed you guys by the throats the same it way it did mine. could not stop laughing @ "i don't even remember young sully". can't wait for y'all to take in the rest of the series, it's a treat!

I guess, they can elevate the creativity and ignore some 'rules' about vampires. I mean, if vampires exist, I ain't gonna ask them if they can walk into a church, but knowing humans are full of sins, churchs aren't that sacred (my personnal take, don't sue me). All episodes feel like a movie in itself! it doesn't feel like a tv show^^ Thanks for the reaction!

I don’t understand how EVERY channel hasn’t covered this series! It’s an incredible ride! Once again a stellar reaction from the guys! 🙌🏻

Finally made the jump here from YouTube for this. Can't miss the full reactions for this as it's such an incredible show and I always appreciate the commentary you provide on your channel, always insightful and in depth.

I'm so excited for you guys reacting to this amazing show. I came back to Patreon. I love this show so much. I'm excited for you all. Also Fun Fact: Savage Garden got their name because they were fans of Anne Rice and Lestat which Lestat says in the books that the world is a Savage Garden.

girlygirl9983

the acting in this is phenomenal and it gets better all the way into season 2 like EVERY episode is top tier

Vlad Lena

Wow… how can I neglect this show? I’m deeply impressed by the first episode! It is top-notch cinema!

Shanique Wallace

Ok I'm finally checking this out. I love the movie so I was hesitant to watch the show. I know people say it's a more faithful adaptation but I haven't read the books. I appreciated this first episode but I'm not crazy about it yet. I just had a déjà vu feeling the whole time because I've watched The Originals (The Vampire Diaries spin off) and it's also set in the Quarter so very similar vibes. Obviously this story (the novels) came way before The Originals and I think this show will probably have a higher artistic value but with the déjà vu I think it's gonna be hard for me to like the characters as much as the leads in The Originals. We'll see 😊

Ooooh I'm excited for you and I hope you end up loving it as much as the guys do (definitely stick around for their post-episode discussions - totally worth it!). This show rocketed into my top ten of all time fairly quickly when I watched it and I was overjoyed when the guys went for it!
