Suzanne Fraser

You need to see the video for "Long Face" that was shown at SDCC 2024.

God I wish they'd release the trailer from comic con already 😭

There is a season 3 trailer that they only showed at the IWTV panel, but someone recorded it & leaked it online and it's GOOD! Lol. Other creators have talked about seeing it but no one's going to post it on there channel because they don't want to get in trouble

Season 3 cannot get here soon enough!!! Lestat is a perfect rockstar, I can’t wait to see him performing! And I love hearing Jacob’s beautiful accent (and seeing his beautiful face of course!) Words can’t adequately express how much I adore this show! 🤗🤗🤗

Seconding (thirding? Fourthing?) the other suggestions to check out the previous year SDCC teaser ( Schwoopsie pasted the link below me) - it's more teaser, less BTS. ALso - they are definitely playing up the 80s rock aestetic - the book came out in the early 90s, so that is absolutely the rockstar Vibe Lestat had there - but that kind of bombastic, glitter, sexy rock is absolutely coming back (Look at Chappel Roan, etc) - I know the creators posted a list of a whole bunch of artists and productions that went into inspire The Vampire Lestat's vibe. I can't find the list now, of course, but I remember Rocky Horror, Robert Plant, David Bowie, Freddie Mercury, and the Velvet Goldmine movie were all listed as influences. There's a full song previewed in that other teaser :)

So excited!!!!

This was not the trailer. This was a sneak peak behind the scenes. The trailer was pure acting.

No spoilers but the Vampire Lestat book *is* set in the 80's so I suspect the 80's vibes you're picking up on are deliberate! I don't remember the book tbh as it's been 20 years since I read the series but I do remember The Vampire Lestat was my favourite of the books so I'm SO excited to finally see it brought to life.
