Regipri1716

Wow, definitely didn’t expect this

BiggestOttoFan

So glad you guys are checking this out. I personally have been enjoying S2 way more than S1 currently. Hoping the series keeps that momentum.

Kyle

When grover asks percy how does he look it just makes me think of the family guy scene "Do you feel bonita!!"

Jaylennn

the movies are just funny

thefatfurret

my favorite part of this channel is the random FandF and walking dead references lol!

Knightmare

I always really liked the Tyson character. Kinda crazy how they just opened season 2 with him already being at the house LOL

Valentine

Yesss, I'm so disappointed we didn't get the fight at the school while they are actually playing dodgeball and the revelation of Tyson being a cyclops later on, like it is in the book

Valentine

You guys need to do the movies next and compare! you'll see how different it is, but still have fun watching

rottedvein

for season one maybe, i've got really high hopes for s2 so far

Kyra Brown

already enjoying this season wayyyy more than the first💯💯

Delphine

Tell me you haven't read the books without telling me you haven't read the books

mdl

I feel like Mason Quinn watching Stranger Things because I have no memory of season 1, or anything that happened besides the existence of the main characters. Excited to watch though 😀

Douglas Kelley

What does the books have to do with someone enjoying the movies more than the show?

dimine

let’s gooo

Jenna

Omg hell yeah!!!

slavicandsapphic

The movies botched the books entirely, esp the second one as they knew they wouldn’t get any other movie so they shoved the plot of the other books into the last 30 minutes. On its own, its fine, but if you’re a fan of the books, its an awful movie lmaooo

Knightmare

I went and got my whole set autographed by Rick Riordan in 2017 and I still think the movies are better LOL. They are extremely evocative of the character and series Percy Jackson. Logan really *felt* like Percy. Alex *felt* like Annabeth. The feeling I get from watching the movies is the same feeling I got reading the books when I was 12. Of course, I have no qualms with adaptions that take creative liberties in general, though. TV and books are entirely different mediums. See: IWTV; When change is good, it's good. The TV show is really rushed; and I think underestimates its audience's intelligence and ability to comprehend complex age-appropriate subjects. It's just a show that's hitting beats instead of telling a story. The kids are charming outside of the show and that's pretty much the only plus for me. And nostalgia, of course. Gotta love the orange camp shirts!

slavicandsapphic

Respectfully, I disagree as I find the movies rushed so much more and missed a lot about what made the characters charming; however thats on the director and writers, I think the actors did the best they could with what they were given lol(and some scenes were genuine gold). To each their own tho, i think its a subjective sorta taste when it comes to the adaptions. They both have strengths and weaknesses (lin manuel miranda GET OUT OF HEREEEEEEE) Also you gotta remember, the first two books are kinda the weakest in terms of how the rest of the series goes. I’m willing to wait to see if the series turns out better -I actually think s2 is starting off really strong- as they adapt the darker books of the series, esp considering the next book :3c.

Anthony Velasquez

This season is already so much better you can tell the actors have gotten better and the production value is so much better I can say alot more thats better but gonna keep it short

thefatfurret

Yea I thought s1 was honestly really bad but I’m actually really enjoying this so far

Liam Harrold

Yes, in Greek mythology, Poseidon, the god of the sea, is credited with creating horses, often by striking the earth or sea with his trident, making him the "Tamer of Horses" and father to magnificent equines like Pegasus and Arion, linking the powerful sea's energy to the horse's strength. He created them to impress Demeter but became fascinated with his own creation, solidifying his role as a horse deity alongside his sea dominion.

Annabeth hasn't told Percy everything, she never told him the reason he can't go is because of whatever the great prophecy is.
