I'm SO excited for The Best Man Final Chapters, all the cast is over 50 and looks GREAT. Plus great storylines. I'm also pumped for Bloodhounds, then starting the next KDrama! And of course more Demon Slayer!!!

Hey =) I would advise you watch the two movies first! They watched it on their channel! I doubt if the uncut is still available as it's been I think 1-2 years since they reacted to it. But yes! Start with the first one back in 1999, then the second movie before the series Sunday!

I'm not a Tyler Perry fan, and I hope to God they do not start watching those. The portrayal of BW and what he's said about us in real life I do not support. I would rather them watch "House Party", "LifeSize", "The Intruder" with two black leads Micheal Ealy, Megan Good, "The Perfect Guy" with Sanaa, Morris, and Michael, and so many other classics that are not a certain stereotype or unrelatable portrayal of us. This is just my opinion, no disrespect to you of course.

No disrespect taken. I actually agree w you a lot here. Though I hold a more nuanced take regarding the portrayal of bw in media. I hate Tyler with a passion too and despise his madea series (it’s just misogynynoir wrapped up in comedy). I think it’s different with why did I get married imo. I enjoy the representation there more than other black classics and how they humanized bw especially plus size (ofc ignoring Angela and the whole ghetto stereotype). I actually remember you from the obaa reaction and I rlly like your comments! I appreciate the better recommendations of black classics that aren’t stereotypes, too. I hope BM sees your comment and adds them to their watch list!
