louie's mental state was so prominent in this episode someone gotta help that man😭and it aint gon be regina

Valentine

On a less serious note. If I said that Daniel and Armand should have kissed, would I be in the wrong? Also, say what you will, Armand is kinda the only one doing light therapy; everyone else is going off the deep end. I can't say he's coping well, but he is taking steps.

Please consider watching Big Little Lies it’s an HBO show that’s fantastic and it’s only two seasons! I would love to see your guys reaction to it!

Nomyrose

Chloe Smith

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time

Badd Medicine

Episode 4 has been up on the website for over an hour. I still see it. Are you not able to?

Nomyrose

I do not :( I keep checking and refreshing the page but it doesn't show.

Valerie ♡

I look forward to your Vampire Lestat reactions the most!! It's the reason I have your Patreon lolol

Georgia Young

YALLLLLL. ‘It wasn’t my love for Louis, Daniel. But it was love.’ 👀👀👀👀

Valentine

The eyes shifting to Daniel's lips, yeeeaahhh we are up!

Lord W.

I see it now

Marie RammGirl

Yay for Answer hissing at Quinn & the Cactus Jack "Bang Bang" I enjoy it more each time hehe 😊 & yep I think "AND IT ANNOYED ME!!" could be a new favourite quote of ours too along with the others ;) is Armand REALLY trying to make amends or not? but this 'Great Conversion' storyline looks like it's going to very compelling & are we right to assume that Louie just paid Regina off to 'Be' Claudia? O_o loved your reactions to a crowd member shouting "Armand Told The Truth!" (liked Quinn's 'Pony Riding' impression too hehe) another catchy tune with 'Big Boss' agree, I wanted to hear more of it too...Sophia's power over Lestat is unsettling but also interesting to watch unfold.

spok

armand de kind, armand de apologetic😇

Macie

Lestat mentioning the wolves moment when she first crossed the boundary with him and saying 'we were mother and son' because he knows what Gabi is doing to him is wrong but she uses his need for love agaisnt him and he now equates love with sex because of it and her constantly leaving him started his abandoment issues 💔

Macie

Armand going on an apology tour after he erased Alex mind just showing he hasn't learned and still not owning up to everything he did😂

Nomyrose

@Charity Konusser I can episode 4 now, check again and it should be there now.

Victoria

"Ragdoll for sale". I just HATE that both, Lestat and Louis have used the fact that Armand was sold and raped multiple times as a CHILD against him like mockery. They're so sick for that. I see a lot of people staying "Yes Louis did that BUT" "Yes Lestat did those things BUT you know, he's traumatized by this and this in his life and blablabla" which is... Truth. But Armand? He is the most traumatised one. Does that eliminate his evil deeds? Of course not but I am kind of annoyed that every other character, Daniel practically raping a girl in high school, Claudia in all her vampire cruelty, Louis and his emotional manipulation, Lestat in his own kind of abuse are constantly forgiven for his transgressions... But not my Michelangelo angel Admand. Not him. He is the bad guy. HAVE YOU SEEN HIS FACE? He is sculpted by ANGELS. 😂 But seriously, it really pisses me off that they constantly use his child abuse to mock him. It is disgusting.

Victoria

SAY IT LOUDER FOR THOSE AT THE BACK!

Circe

I'm living for the diss track .

Knightmare

Oh I’ve been an Armand truther from the moment I saw him in season 1.. the worst thing he has done so far was turn Daniel if we are being honest 😂 everything else is just his reaction to other people’s mistakes rather than a genuine evil. I’m tired of people blaming him for Claudia too like Lestat wasn’t the one who turned her in the first place knowing she was was destined for doom. And mind you, that wasn’t even Lestat’s first mistake in regards to giving people the gift. Look at what happened to Nicky. Armand has been living as long as Jesus and he never turned anybody once until the 2020s. Am I really supposed to sit back and accept Louis and Claudia walking into a hundreds-of-years-old coven and messing with everybody as some quirk that can be excused because they’re the main characters? Is Armand really supposed to be the bad guy because he chose to protect the sanctity of his own coven? Please. Armand is innocent of all charges.

Mari Vaz

Not Lestat with the hair and make-up that Claudia used to wear in the theater... Gabriella needs to go Regina needs to get her money and run. Louis Is putting her in danger and he also is 90% of the danger. Armand is right about Lestat and the dangerous they're in because of him. And if Lestat wasn't aware of it before, he is now that Gabriella spelled it out for him.

Mari Vaz

100% about both Louis and Lestat mocking Armand abuse. The fact that Lestat even knows that it happened proves their relationship were not one sided as Lestat say it was.

Anaïs

lestat calling armand a “theatre kid” in the diss track he wrote to sing to him while skipping n dancing around on stage in pigtails and glitter

Knightmare

Louis needs to leave that girl alone 😂 all these vampires are so tortured. I think this is genuinely the only iteration of vampirism being genuinely HORRIBLE that is really true to it being horrible. I remember watching Twilight so many times and Edward kept saying that it sucked but it never did. This vampirism really does suck. They've really made it look horrible. It's really special.

Mari Vaz

Now I'm wondering why Armand turned Daniel on a plane and not in Dubai right after Louis left.

Alex

The parallel between Gabriella making noise to get Lestat to go to her room and when Lestat does it in S1 to get Louis to go to him by putting Antoinette's voice on the record 😭

Shay

It’s cominggggg !!

Shay

Armand told the truth 😔✊🏼

Moon Joy

It came from the book we'll get more later.

Moon Joy

Yay the guys finally got their first real taste of Devils Minion. I know Rolin said we'll get more in s4 but we get a taste this season and I'm so happy

Victoria

I get it. I am NOT saying Armand is completly innocent. Even if he has been abused and traumatised, responsibility for the acts is still needed. Than being said, I CAN'T with the fact that people are so fast on forgiveness with other characters just because they are funny or have another kind of charisma, or because they are seeing the story through the lenses of one or two characters. And later, when their thoughts are questioned they are almost incapable of verbally adress the fact that his opinions have change, they just keep hating on the same character (Armand). Armand lied to Louis two times: when he said he was the one who save him and about his suicide attempt (and we don't know if Louis really asked him). So what I find very hard to get is why does this gives people permission to think EVERY lie Louis has told is because of Armand? Why people blame Armand for the fact that Louis spends 77 years with Armand? Lestat knew the truth too. He lied too, by omission. He had his reasons? Yes. Out of trauma. So... we understand and forgive Lestat. But Armand gaslighted Louis also because of trauma... only... we dont forgive Armand? I mean... Louis left with Armand just to hurt Lestat. Armand knew this and accepted this kind of false love because he thought he could not aspire to something better. But Louis is innocent? Armand killed Claudia. But what was Claudia to him? Hes a 500 year old vampire, with nothing except his coven of 200 years (even if again, that is not true love or family but he doesn't think he can get more than that from life), so.... what we where expecting him to do? Save Claudia? The great laws may be old, not all of them may be still needed but they were written for a goddam reason. Armand new Claudia would not last long, so why not kill her? This may sound hard but we are talking about VAMPIRES. Can someone speak of every human Claudia killed just for sport, people with families? That doesn't matter because they where noone to her. And we understand Claudia is a woman (people find this hard still to understand because even if her whole character is about people perceiving her as a child, reactors still percive her as a child, wich makes everything very annoying ) who had a, let's say harsh childhood and so it is not her fault. So... what about Armand? He also had a rough childhood, probably more even so than Claudia. Are we not extending the same understanding and compassion por him? I just feel A LOT of people are too simple and structured minded for this characters. It is soooo comforting to know who is the bad guy and who is the one you are rooting for because he is the good or the one that you forgive everything. It is just plain simple. I see every character in this universe for what they are. They are humans magnified by millennia. So that means, complex. Not easy, contradictory, layered. And I love them all.

Crystalrose

saying "he's the most traumatized one" isn't really fair to the other characters but i get you i get you

spok

real, it makes me sick

Victoria

I know, it is not the more sentitive comment, I am myself a victim of childhood abuse and sexual abuse and I was trying to make a point that well, there is abuse, and there is abuse... idk. It is hard I think snd maybe I was trying to make a point without writing a whole bible in here. But it is not the same being rape once than being rape and sould multiple times from a very young age. And thats not by any means saying the first one isn't enough traumatising. It is not a competition. But yes, it is hard to explain it any other way, for me anyways. I am glad you understood me.

Lisa Clark

Armand on an apology tour only to be told to piss off by everybody he encounters is deeply funny to me.

Lisa Clark

I do think Armand is correct about the fact that Louis and Lestat should not have broken the Great Laws. He's the only one going: Yeah, these exist for a reason and you should not be toying around with this shit.

Lisa Clark

I completely understand why Louis is doing what he's doing but I don't see this ending well for Regina. I would guess that he's putting her in danger.

Lisa Clark

To Oak's point about the interaction with Regina being fucked, I saw an interview with Jacob Anderson where he was asked along with the rest of the cast about who makes the morally questionable choices this season and without a beat he went, "LOUIS".

Lisa Clark

Notice that Lestat is wearing a version of what he wore in Season 1 at the theater, which means he did it purposefully on the night he invited Armand to piss him off. The details in this show are crazy.

Rena Unnie

"Bottom twink" and "uwu japanese eyes" 😂😂😂😂

Gayle McGowan

If you didn't clock it, the necklace Lestat took from his dad and that Gabriella was wearing and left behind is the same one that Lestat's gifts to Claudia for her birthday in season 1

Gayle McGowan

Also, the toronto waterpik collapsing is just a visual representation of Lestat's state of mind. There's a shot of the skyline after he crashes his car the the tower is back

Gayle McGowan

Gabriella groomed Lestat. So sad to seem him cry when he confronts her and she says ILY because he knows her love is conditional and the only way to keep it/her is to be what she wants him to be (her lover) which he does not want. Unless I missed you guys mention it, one of the lyrics of the guitar acoustic song is that "by candlelight, you used to teach me how to kiss" so who knows how young Lestat was when the physical stuff started happening

ArcAngel

Louis is dying to make the same mistake twice. If he does turn Regina, the positive side is finally Louis will get to experience having a fledgling with transformational trauma...and I hope he introduces her to Lestat and the two of them start communicating with the mind gift. I hope she loves Lestat. That would be beautiful poetic irony.

Steven Jump

Is there a Claudia look-a-like in the book TVL? I don't remember if there was. I also don't recall the book being this weird!

Anaïs

I know seeing Armand getting humiliated in so many ways this episode is kinda funny, and yeah, he deserves a lot of it given the harm he's caused. But since we've already spent so much time exploring sexual trauma, especially in the previous episode with Claudia and Lestat, I think it's worth paying attention to the kinds of insults being thrown at Armand too.

Mia

No literally..

Miss Freaky

My dudes! Sam Reid's performance this season is just absolute! Fantastical, beautiful, breathtaking. So many words can describe his performance, not just Sam but everyone involved in this masterpiece. This is art, this is performance. Loving this series thus far! PS -hope y'all are having a beautiful week!

mx

i will never not be entertained by Oak's hate for Armand lol

One homeless man calling another homeless man broke

A

The moment when Lestat confronts Gabi about what happened, saying ‘we were mother and son’ because he’s still trying to grapple with it and understand why she would do that, take advantage of him when he was so hurt and vulnerable, and why she’s doing all of this now, and she just says “and?” 😭 And THEN uses his desperate need for love (that she partially caused through neglect) to manipulate him further and keep control over him when he tries to push back, saying ‘I love you’ to leave him defenceless. And the way his face crumples when he realises that this is it, this is the only way his mother is going to love him because she can’t and won’t love his as a mother, and he gives in because he needs that love so badly. So then afterwards to try to come to terms with it and turn it into something he can understand, a relationship he can better justify to himself, he attempts to make it into a husband and wife relationship rather than mother and son, and ‘marries’ her with the blood ring in the hopes that this is what she wants and it’ll keep her with him, she abandons him without a word. I just 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Miya

Ooooh I didn't catch that. Thank you!

Miya

I can't even. Man, just roll my butt into a coffin too because this show is killing meee 😭
