Watched the reaction on the website, leaving my review here. Look, I know all these movies could be considered "bad" movies, but this one is, how can I put this nicely, COMPLETE ASS. God what a struggle to get through. I've seen all the movies it was spoofing from so this isn't a case where the jokes didn't land because I hadn't seen the original works, everything just completely missed me. In terms of actual comedies this is right down there with Happy Gilmore 2 for me, I hated this that much. I laughed once, the scene where they're in bed and she asks what that is and her husband says "my penis". Other than that nothing was funny to me. Final rating is 0.5/5

Unpopular opinion but... it's not as bad as I thought it was. It was my second time watching and yes, it was really bad, but when the jokes hit, I actually laughed out loud. But yea, worst in the franchise. I was going into this thinking I would give it a 0.1/5 or so, but I guess it's a 1/5. Or maybe I just found some jokes so funny because of yalls reaction lol But, you guys HAVE to watch Mama. It's a good and entertaining movie imo

Definitely need you guys to watch the paranormal activity movies and then the "Haunted House" movies starring Marlon Wayans. Much funnier version of whatever they were trying to accomplish here. And I completely forgot Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf) was in this. You guys are going to get so into that show when you get to it. And wow...same director as The Best Man movies/ series. Never knew his career got this bad. LMAO. Sometimes you just gotta say no.

I'm with you, this one and 4 is just bad. The absents of the Wayan's brothers was very felt. I know they weren't completely involved with 3 but I'm pretty sure they were still writers to that one. And I haven't liked any parody films since either. The only ones I do like is Not Another Teen Movie and more recently the new Naked Gun.

I've still yet to watch the new Naked Gun movie, definitely will soon though. And yes Not Another Teen Movie is probably my favorite among all parody movies. Hoping one day we get a reaction to that along with one of the movies it parodies, Cruel Intentions.

You guys should watch the Madea and Paranormal Activity movies. I always liked the 4th(?) one with the Mexicans but the other ones have some good moments too. It's an interesting universe LOL. Quarantine (2008) would also be good for horror.

If they had at least watched Mama, I would've given this a shot. 98% of this movie is spoofing just that. But since they didn't, I knew it wouldn't work based on their SM3 reaction. And that's not even including this being the most hated in the series. This is the one series, they should've watched at least the main movies being spoofed for each movie.

I hope they do, they should've watched it first, it is such a great movie. One of the first movies to actually scare me (I grew up on horror) when the monster was present.

Scary Movie 3 and 4 were miles better than this one, Jesus Christ. Scary Movie 4 was so high quality and then this one just is so low quality, I'm truly shocked.

Wow, you guys are champs. Never saw it until now, had to tap out after the heather pregnant black swan scene. Pacing and dialogue are super weird. Didn’t laugh once. Just felt like they were throwing things at the wall to see what would stick, spoiler: nothing did. Even the opening sequence wasn’t good, sure there were some timely references but it went on too long with the bed bit and had no pay off. I’m not even a scary movie purist bc I’ve always been indifferent to them, but this doesn’t even feel like the same franchise or something with the same goal for the audience experience. Yikes.

I didn't hate this one, but tbf I always like the novelty of found footage so of course I didn't. I think most of the joeks that fall flat fell flat because they're leaving too much room for the audience to laugh by having the characters take a beat to make a facial expression that says "hmm" that's weird. the jokes are always funnier when they completely ignore it and let the audience get the wtf reaction, lol.

So you're saying if they would've watch Mama (a horror movie), this would've made the comedy in this movie funny. Lots of people, including me watched Mama and still didn't find this movie funny.

I agree on the Paranormal Activity movies, but I think the Haunted House movies are just as bad as Scary Movie 5. I watched them once and didn't find them funny at all.

Holy shit this was so bad! honestly maybe I laughed at a couple of jokes because of you guys but I know for sure if I was watching this alone nothing would get a chuckle out of me. Absolutely awful
