Season 3 even better they like harry potter gettin darker and more adult each season

I love how they make centered episodes. Episode nine was about Katara and episode 10 was about Sokka. Yes Aang is the Avatar, but that doesnt make him the most/only important figure. Every character in this show is a really important puzzle piece and i appreciate that so much. One of the sentences i always love when rewatching this series is: "No Jet, you became the traitor when you stopped protecting innocent people." It always gets me. And what Oak said, its a heavy topic 'for an animation'. I think he will be suprised how much this show connects to our world. When you continue to watch this show and animated films, you'll find out how extremely deep they are. Its exactly like Harry Potter. You think its kind of kidsie untill you've seen the end, doesnt matter if its an animated serie or film. And im still guilty for that to. I love animation films, but there are some i havnt seen before, because i think it may be kidsie and not interesting. Untill i see the film and think: "damn". Im happy that there was a bit more talk, especially because episode 10 had a topic and was full of lessons + lots of character growth.

loved the discussion at the end!

These type of episodes kinda show the situation in the different nations. It shows people going to war, the innocent bystanders, those affected by the war, those fighting for good and other fighting for their own convictions, using a vigilante kind of approach (like Jet). I find it interesting and somewhat realistic. The phrase 'you became the traitor when you stopped protecting innocent people' hits pretty hard when you think that the innocent civilians will always be the victims if those who can protect them don't use their abilities to protect them. That little girl who found her doll in the water after the dam was blown up or the old travelers are not the enemy. I think Jet was blinded by his emotions and lost track of what is morally good. Again, he was young when he lost his parents, so that sadness and rage built into hatred and shaped his resentment towards the fire nation as a whole. I find it interesting that the show introduced this victim to vigilante type of character.

We're getting close to some awesome episodes, can't wait. Also hats off to the animators and the fight scenes especially in "Jet". That kind of stuff in animation is so difficult!

Ginger

The uncle’s Lotus Tile is actually very important in the future. 😉😉

shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I think what several people overlook is that Aang was already recognized as an air bending master (hence the arrow tattoos). Aang has already gone through structured training, so knows how to be coached. Katarta was on her own to learn water bending.

Seeing you guys like this show is so awesome! It makes me want to have you watch some Ghibli films. They have good life lessons and just stunning animations. Maybe you could do a poll like the Christmas one and top 2-4 wins

Bobby Kraus

Love getting to watch you guys react to this absolutely perfect show. Just gets better and better the farther you go. Fun fact, Zhao is voiced by Jason Isaacs, a.k.a. Lucius Malfoy.

Scott Bringel

It makes me sad that Diamond Dave is only experiencing this show by editing it :(

Maya

So happy you guys are reacting to this :)

🤜🤛 😁🤙 all good Scott! While I'm not on camera, I still get to watch and it's nice that Im able to have it on with my son. Maybe he'll get into too. 😁🤙

So excited to rewatch Avatar with you guys!! I think Oak and Mason will be surprised to see how heavy this series really gets. Like Oak said, it is war after all. And The Legend of Korra (if y'all watch that series as well) is even heavier and darker than the Avatar.

That is not a spoiler. I did not say how or why it will be important. It is more of a pointing out that this thing that seemed insignificant has significance.

Señor Spicy

Love the reactions! FYI The next episode: The Great Divide is a filler episode sadly and the community strongly considers it the weakest episode of the series but after that it just gets better and better!

Cherrie

I love watching your reactions and hearing your thoughts on this series!❤️ I can't wait until you get further along in the series because as our group grows up and matures the stakes get higher. This is truly one of my favorites! The other two would be the Japanese anime: Naruto and Attack on Titan. I hope you will watch both of those next 🙏 because while very different from this and each other, they are the best of the best in anime. Can you add Attack on Titan and Naruto to your next poll?

Thank you. We have invincible & arcane following Airbender. But you can probably bank on one of these or both to happen😁🤙

I’m not trying to be mean but if you think saying something that seems insignificant is “VERY IMPORTANT” you need to look up what spoiler means

Cameron

There’s a reason the reply saying to shush has 12 likes over you

Señor Spicy

I wonder if Oak realizes that Commander Zhao is voiced by Lucius Malloy so he can hate him even more lol

Ian Hannay

Is there a reason the video is completely blurred and no audio?? I’m talking about the shows viewer, can see and hear you guys but not the show

Hello Ian. Yes, there is a reason for that and we mention it in the tier. It's because of copyright laws. We do not own this property and we cannot affords rights/license to distribute this. Fair use, allows us to show just a little bit, but full exposure puts us at risk for a lawsuits, shut down of the channels etc. We are aware that others do show the full tv/movie, but that is because they either dont care or are unaware of the copyright laws. Ahhh okay, completely no worries, that’s on me for not reading everything, but regardless, great reactions & appreciate the quick response!

Those two shows are going to be very fun to see. Theyre pretty close on the level of avatar
