Rewatching this I think it's really fun to see how long it takes each of you to figure out you're not in an Invasion movie.

I love this movie, it's so moving. I don't know if you noticed but that beautiful instrumental song Diamond Dave pointed out, the one that plays during the daughter montages, is the same piece of music that plays for Bill and Frank's day in The Last of Us. ❤😭

"On The Nature Of Daylight" by Max Richter It was the only piece of music in the movie that was not composed for it, unfortunately its inclusion meant the rest of the music was inellegible for the Oscar for Best Original Score.

"On the Nature of Daylight" by Max Richter, it's a beautiful piece of music. It's heard in Shutter Island too, another great movie worth checking out. This and "Sunshine: Adagio in D Minor," (heard in Sunshine, countless other movies and! Season 1 of The Walking Dead 😋) are definitely top 5 of my favorite single track scores in tv/movie. When they started to play it in The Last of Us when Bill is wheeling Frank through town I was like 'oh God, please no, not this song' 😂😭
