PLANET OF APES TRILOGY FINALLYY 😍

AyaaChann

Really looking forward to episode 5&6. Especially 6, thats one of my favourite and one of the best episodes in my opinion.

Nikki

I'm so excited for the Planet of the Apes trilogy!! This series, Star Wars, and Marvel have always been family movies for me because my parents grew up and saw the originals on TV/in theaters. Then when the prequels and remakes came out they relived the magic with my siblings and me 😊

James Ventola

Avatar!!! Actually everything this week likes fire!

Amber Yoder

I'm so glad that 10 Things I Hate About You won! I also hope the rest of the movies you had on that poll make another poll because it was really hard to choose 1!!!

We will try to work some in. Those polls we keep track of as those help us know what everyone is interested in speaking in terms of those that don't win😁🤙

Jenna

Cannot wait for planet of the apes and tlou 🫣

Slasher2

I do like the modern Planet of the Apes but was wondering if you'll do the classic planet of the apes movies in the future or the Tim burton one.

Stevie Dane

Why are you guys now only dropping 2 ep's per week for ATLA?

SilverDoe🎔

Looking forward to what is coming, though Heath is better as the Joker of course, and in A knights tale, one of the best films ever, with Heath and an amazing cast. I hope you do one day? 10 Thing's I hate about you is hilarious. The dad creases me in it. Looking forward to it all this week though. I've never actually watched through the planet of the apes films so? Its time to change that lol :) Can I suggest perhaps one more for the future list please? Shallow Hal with Jack Black and Gwyneth Paltrow? Its such a good film as well, funny as hell and it has a great message for people regarding it...I think you guys will like it if you've never seen it before.

Maggie

Hello, lookin forward to this week's drop! I wanted to offer a suggestion. I thought it might be interesting if you did some movies each month that related to a theme of that month. So for example, movies centered around primarily female casts for March (Women's history month) or LGBTQ+ films for June (Pride month), etc. You could run it similarly to last month with the Valentine's Day polls. May is mental health awareness month, something you've spoken briefly on in other reactions, and I feel like that would be a great opportunity as well! I'm in the process of getting my master's in mental health counseling, and we use movies for some assignments, and it always brings forth good discussion. Two that I would suggest would be The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Little Miss Sunshine. They yield wonderful lessons as well as portray mental health struggles pretty accurately. Just thought this might be a fun way to cover a lot of bases, and find some great hidden gems! Love all your reactions and the hard work you all put into it!

Looks like another great week! Would you guys ever consider the TV shows Vikings or The Last Kingdom? If you enjoyed GoT or other adventure/action series, I would highly recommend either of these two.

casey

I'm so excited you all decided to do 10 Things I Hate About You! I really enjoyed your Pride & Prejudice reaction and this movie is in a much similar vein but of course a more modern story adaptation and one of my all time favorite Shakespeare adaptations.

Anza

So excited for Rise! I love this prequel series. ( make sure to stick through the credits in the beginning, the infographics behind the cast credits gives some insight into... the happenings. Also, the guy who does our main ape, Andy Serkis, was who played/and did the mocap for Gollum in lotr and the hobbit trilogy)

AyzuaCH

Is the last of video tonight going to be the full reaction too or just the YT cut?

Josh Wagner

please tell me Invincible is in the works in the upcoming months🙏🙏

Curtis Rice

Are you guys thinking about watching Legend of Korra after ATLA?

Kate
>>103447992

Yes yes yes The Last Kingdom is a great suggestion!!!

Badd Medicine
>>103474284

Korra will happen at some point, but right after Airbender will be invincible and Arcane. Korra will probably follow that🤙

keara king

patiently waiting for the last of us drop tonight. can’t wait

Shelley

ROP APES!!!!!

Anthony P

When will the early YT cut of Avatar be out?

Slasher2
>>103445465

Its almost over so their trying to stretch it so it lasts longer.

Stevie Dane
>>103445465

in feb you guys definetly posted 4 eps for two weeks straight. but its okay, it was just a question

Badd Medicine
>>103445465

That's correct Stevie. We did do multiple drops some weeks and some weeks we didn't. I wouldn't recommend having an expectation that is always going to be more than 2 every week. 🤙

Nadine

Are you not dropping full reaction on ATLA ep.5-6 today (tuesday)? I live in Sweden so it's 9:pm and I'm not entirely sure where in the U.S you are, but figuring it's like 2:pm or something right? Anyways, just wondering about where we might expect drops if some of us live in Europe! Love the work guys!

Nadine
>>103535637

Okay!! (Btw I hope it didn't come across as "oh i've been waiting so long, poor me", more like "dang it I hate living in Europe when things I wanna see releases in US time" haha

Nadine
>>103535588

Well, we have to have some kind of excuse not to study hahah, at least for me! (Patiently finding reasons to push deadlines ahead by thinking "After the reaction video, I will tooootally study again", a very patient process! Very! Patient!) lol

Nadine
>>103535588

Oh, where in Ukraine do you live? And how are things there? (Wrong "forum" maybe hehe but you got me intrigued!)

Anita
>>103535588

I'm in Kyiv and right now it's pretty chill in my city , thank God. ATLA is pretty accurate now, because of all the themes about refugees and war, I didn't think that deeply about those things before

keara king

will the last of us be back to sunday this week?

Nadine
>>103535588

That's very relieving to hear, do you get much updates from the government, communities, the municipality/regions etc? And how is regular life moving?? Schools, work and basic living activities? And yes, while watching these reactions as well as the ATLA series, I really embrace the fact that Ukraine is going through so much (of course you are aware, but sometimes we take things for granted), also specifically from Book 2 (and the earth kingdom) I feel like you sometimes forget how closed off people in countries such as R*ssia & North K are from the outside world due to government regulations and propaganda :/

Shelley

Just me hanging about for apes drop today 👋🏼❤️
