I was so ready for y’all to do two in one today! My Tuesday just got so much better!

Curtis Rice

Hell yeah, two episodes. Just got a 4k TV yesterday, haven't used yet, can't wait to watch this on it with you guys. I'm excited for Black Hawk Down Friday, I watched as a teen and has always been my favorite military movie.

Jeff K

You guys see that Jamie Lee Curtis is campaigning *hard* to join the cast of this show? And the show’s creators responded to her Instagram post about it basically saying yes, please, come work with us?

Mintteacup

At the end of this season you should totally look at the anime characters just to compare how they look and maybe even act. That would be interesting to see

Markus X.

Damn two episodes :D We eating good today.

Yep. Apparently she’s expected to play Dr. Kureha, assuming they get everything ironed out once the strike ends.

Auronix Light

OMG double drop! You guys are the best! <3 I'll binge them both tonight!!

Andhy thomas

What is it Christmas already? You guys took “ON THE DOUBLE ) on literally 😂😭

Sure i did ;) You guys understood the relationship between Sanji and Zeff pretty early, not bad.

Sarah Bruce

I've been so obsessed with this show and you guys are some of my favorite reactors, two episodes is such a treat! Loved your reactions as always.

Ali B

Omg I can't wait to go home and watch both reactions 😭

Ana

Sanji and Zeff my babies 😩😩

KarySky

Wow, two episodes today, we're blessed! I just watched them back to back :) Sanji is one of my favourite characters, I'm glad you got to meet him ! (Psssst, for Mason Quinn: it's Sanj-"ee" not sanj-"ay" ;) ). Also, as a good to know info, because you were wondering in there, no Devil Fruit eater can swim. Luffy is not the only one. The sea turns her back on every devil fruit eater and that means taking away their power and them losing their ability to swim :) They instantly drown if they fall in the sea unless someone takes them out. I love the story of Zeff and Sanji, and I'm glad that the Oak caught on on why they kept yelling and bickering: Zeff kept trying to discourage Sanji to get him to leave and follow his dream, but Sanji felt loyal to Zeff because of what he did. Can't wait to watch the next two with you :) I'm sure you'll love them!

Mone

Oregano's for savages! Yay! Glad you like the newest member of the Strawhat crew 😁🥰 I'm on a worktrip rn and I had to keep from screaming in my hotel room when I saw you've treated us to 2 episodes! You guys are amazing! Loved the reaction to ep 5 & 6 so so much and I can't waiiit for the last two! It's been such a blast re-watching the episodes with you guys~ I rly hope it'll not take too long till we get S2 🤞🏻🥸🫡

Brynn Busalacchi

Bless the double-drop!! I'm so so so excited you want to know more about the world because One Piece is famous for having some of the largest world building in any modern series

I just posted this on the October preview coming soon but thought I’d repost here because idk how notifications work here lol Hi y’all! I’m rewatching HoHH reactions right now because they’re one of my comfort videos. It got me thinking.. I know scheduling is tight and crazy.. but it might behoove y’all to think about adding in Talk To Me for October (and I think it’d be really cool)! My supporting arguments are as follows (yes, I’m a lawyer lol. It’s how I think now, my apologies): 1. It’s popular and sweeping among reaction channels (for example: Zzavid posted his reaction 2 hours ago and it has 13k already; Reel Rejects posted 8 hours ago with 21k so far; Trin Lovell 71k in 2 days; and within the last month, Dead Meat, Kennie JD, Mista GG, and Amanda the Jedi all posted reviews with analysis with 128k, 120k, 303k, and 365k respectively). This may also bring in new eyes who consume reaction/review content but haven’t made it to your channel yet. 2. The guys behind the movie are YouTubers who did a phenomenal job on a breakout project that’s gaining mainstream acclaim, so it’s on the platform where they started but may bro in audience members who aren’t as chronically online because you’re more suited to their demographic. 3. It’s a good kickoff to spooky season with a trending topic that’s short and not a series! 4. (Specifically as it relates to Hill House) y’all are able to note themes and topics that are prevalent in the film and will be able to connect to the realism and relationships and humanity of the characters, as the acting elevates great writing. 5. The editing, camerawork, use of sound, long-shots all seem among the same vein (watching the episode 6 reaction right now and as I’m typing this, DD is commenting on those exact things). Hopefully my (not-so) short argument makes sense and will be taken into consideration. Thanks so much!!! Y’all are the best!

What Quinn said "...this show keeps getting better after each episode..." is pretty much what One Piece is about. There's a reason for everything you see and hear in this story. I will also be excited in anticipation of a new season even though I'm almost caught up with the anime. I love what they are doing with the writing! 😊

Iris

Yay double feature! 🍿 It’s so cool that you caught the fact that Luffy’s voice and demeanor change when he gets serious. That’s one of the most badass things about his character in the anime. The character arcs and world building in One Piece are the best. Glad you’re all enjoying the ride, your reactions are so fun and genuine :)

MeredithJ

Once you guys are done with the live action I'd love to see you react to all the intros! There are compilation videos a lot of reactors do, you guys are on a different level for reactions though, I'd love to see your reaction to them!

Ken Petrin

Read that season 2 wont be until 2025 sadly

HeartlandHunny

There actually is a Buggy flashback included in the anime/manga that they didn't show in the live action. It's shown when he's talking to Luffy about how he knows Shanks. It's very funny and wouldn't spoil anything for future seasons if you wanted to watch it. It's in episode 8 of the anime.

And maybe some iconic scenes comparison anime vs live action such as "zoro's declaration of never losing again" "zeff and sanji back story" etc

Toan Toan

My biggest take-away from this reaction was Hulk Hogan's stache lmao

gamergirlYINGZ

Remember anyone who eats a devil fruit lose the ability to swim. That’s is why Luffy couldn’t swim because he’s a devil fruit user. It’s the reason why they are called forbidden fruit of the sea. They came from the ocean made by the sea gods. It’s like they are being punished. I’m glad you guys are loving the show. I’m already at the latest episode in the anime. And I’m so happy Oda, the creator/artist of the anime announced a season 2 in the making on TikTok. I’m so excited and hopefully it will come out next year since this season was filmed during the pandemic.

Elizabeth Gidney

I'm so excited to see your guys reaction for next episode.
