OK, I've been flip flopping between two different variations for the sword hilt, I can't really decide, so I'm gonna leave it up to you guys here, which version do you guys like more. The hilt tilted Up towards the blade (Traditional), or reverse tilted down towards the handle (Kool)

I'm a boring traditionalist, so I've gotta vote for upward.

I may be late on this, but I'd go for upward/away hilt. Besides its practicality (which, granted, may not be of necessary to account for), you also have more visual room for detailing the hand and the guard.

(I mean, the guard wouldn't cover the hand as much, being pointed away from it)
