Alright... So, I am still currently working my way around the Unreal Marketplace shenanigans. I've gone ahead and decided to upload the full version of the Mannequin to my ArtStation shop, and I'll upload the nerfed version with none of the jiggle-physics to the Unreal Marketplace -

Now, I'm uploading the ArtStation version first since I don't have to wait on anyone needing to approve my products there. Now, she's not actually on the ArtStation market just yet, I'm just uploading this video early so I can link to it when I upload her for real to ArtStation (Hopefully tomorrow) - But, I'll keep you guys posted as soon as shes up :)
