Somethings that are really easy to miss - The loon call Shane did is a territorial call to basically say "stay away from my man" - "my mother died by accident" is how his father drilled into his head to talk about his mom because suicide is seen as shameful to many. - When ilya says "I love you" in English, right before he's saying "I love you" over and over again in Russian - This is Ilyas first family meal since his mom died when he was 12. He has a new family - The car scene in the end makes a heart between them as they drive away from the parents place Also apparently Connor ate like 10 plates of pasta. The director told him he didn't have to but since he was done filming with his shirt off he wanted all the carbs 🤣
