HERE'S IS THE BRAND NEW POSSCROLL WEBSITE!!!

https://posscroll.com/

Hey everyone. So, this week I focused on developing some features that needed a little bit of love.

First of all, there are more optional phone texts!

If you don’t know this yet, you can get a notification for a little text conversation with relevant characters from the route you’re reading. It’s just a fun little extra, and you don’t have to interact with it if you don’t want to. In the next update, there will be a lot more of them throughout the VN, but I’d still like to make even more, since some routes don’t have any yet. They’re also good for anyone planning to replay! Check them out!

Another thing is that Casual Times have now gotten an upgrade!

Here’s a look at the new Casual Time: https://youtu.be/u2WxEEj7mrU

Yep, there is now a completely different way to move around. I’ve been cooking this for a bit, and here it is: the Map and Inventory update for Casual Time.

What does this mean? It means no more arrows on your screen, so things will already look cleaner. Now, instead of those arrows, we have a Map button. Not hard to guess what that does. You can now go to every location in the current Casual Time with it.

That means that with one click, you can go anywhere that used to take multiple clicks and animations to get through, and it’s easier to keep track of the locations too.

We also have the new Inventory button. You might notice that the items are gone.

They’re inside the Inventory! There, they’ll be collected in a neater way, without empty inventory slots between them, and they have little descriptions if you hover over them too!

Also inside the Inventory is your brand-new Journal! It tracks stuff that you could previously only see with the Casual Time Guide, which is now available for everyone on Discord. Hopefully, that makes going through Casual Times just a little more fun.

Besides that, I also wrote a bunch more descriptions for the characters in the Character Viewer. We’re slowly filling that up.

Of course, I did a bit of Lazy Days writing as well, which is now gonna be my focus this week. But hey, you gotta give attention to the other stuff at some point.

Hope you have a great week! See you next time!
