More Purity in the world

There's lots of new pure peps here! The new pinned post [Found Here] is good for general info for stuff to keep in mind here. I will try to keep it updated with good info!

It's quite amazing that many people would come together to help support a rando furry making artwork he thought to share because he wanted to get better at art and express ideas in a digital medium. It's a bit nerve racking with so many people supporting, not gonna lie. It's hard to describe the feelings I have without going into a huge discussion, trust me I have spent days thinking about this, so I'll spare you that and hopefully thank you beings to expression how much it means to me.

The $1000 goal set is to cover basic life costs. Housing, food, transportation, maintenance/cost/investments of business, and an emergency fund.
I generally look at trends not single numbers, but even so it's amazing to be able to say that the goal was reached. Support fluctuates each month for most creators so such an amount is not certain. However, if the normal bar now is around $1000 or more each month then that would mean my life is stable which allows me more time to do personal stuff and reduces overall stress. It also allows me to make changes to my workflow that can help with the creation of art/the amount of art being created. Give me time to do new ideas, like the werewolf squence, and sometimes they turn out really great or at the very least interesting xD  So ya. Even having the chance to say that's possible is amazing, thank you so much.  Holy shit ;3; ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

This Month's Holidays

- May Day (aka the real Labor Day) is this month.

World-wide Staycations Update

Location: USA
Status: In good Health/Fine! Staying inside when possible.
Still cooking and doing the small stuff that needs to be done.

I got a new cpu cooler cause I bricked my old one after streaming Pokemon Mystery Dungeon DX so owo that as an interesting time. Was convinced to get the Noctua NH-D15 and I'm not gonna lie, the silence is kinda scary lol.

An Update On Sales Tax

Patreon just notified me about this right before I was finally going to upload this. Patreon will be sending more info out later to me and you, but having a heads up is always good. They supplied me with a sample post copy that others will probably use so instead I'm going to shorten their phrasing (I did copy the title though)

Due to new laws passing in several countries, Patreon will be required to charge sales tax on certain pledges starting July 1st, 2020. Depending on your location & pledge type/reward, sales tax may be applied (less than half of all patrons will be affected).

The money Patreon collects as a result of the new laws will be paid directly to the local government(s). I will be working with Patreon to make sure that the sales tax is applied correctly so that the overall money you're giving to Patreon intended to help support my works is not needlessly taxed.

For more info, go [here]. If you still have questions, it's best to ask Patreon's Customer support [here]

General

- The cpu thing kinda killed my workflow on knotty dog so I'm pushing it to the end of this month. I may be able to post it earlier but we'll seeee.

- I stream games on twitch (I should stream artwork too but I'm an introvert and that taxes me a lot more than games *cries*) and the goal for VR is going well. It's going a lot faster then I was expecting lol. Soon I'll be able to have VR fun and get good exercise without breaking my hand hopefully.

- Bam was my husband in new leaf and people have been drawing him which is nice. No  I don't have the new AC, but everyone literally is talking about it so I basically have the game in my head if you think about it.

- Please stay safe and pure!!!

THAT'S EVERYTHING FOR THIS MONTH! Again again thank you for all your support. You made my May and beyond great. Stay safe & healthy! 🐯✨🍎
