I do want to say thank you for all your support this year. The world was (and is) a bit bumpy. Definitely saw that in the metrics of this patreon. It's very weird to directly see how "the market" is doing in relation to how I get paid lol. At the end here has been the highest amount of support I've ever been at. Which if such a trend keeps going then I can invest more into projects here and elsewhere. I hope you stay/keep staying for the 2022 ride with me!
Hopefully it's better for all. That'd be cool huh?

I'm certain gonna keep trying to make this Patreon better for you whenever I can!

2021 Summary  

The 8th year of my artwork being created by myself. Wow!

Drawings turned out nicely this year! Didn't get to do everything I needed/wanted to, but with how the world is /still/ going and from me shifting around a bit, it's understandable! Work got better with the final move which is a good sign! Patreon (aka y'all) helped out a lot. Hopefully 2022 allows me to do more!

- I made more comic-y stuff! People like when I make comic stuff. This is a lesson I already know but comic-y stuff at points translated directly to money rather than just praise lol

- I did a lot of tinydragon challenges which was cool! Even got me to learn more about things like video editing more!

- Sketches are turning out nicer, specifically at the end when I have less stress LOL (Stress really does a terrible shit to my art man)

- I did vanilla horny and it went over well. I had a mixture of the two doing well depending on which site it was posted on. Vanilla drawings are much faster to render for sure lol.

- I painted a lot less this year. The few I did were really well received though. Painting does help me a lot with lined renderings, it's just hard to do keep up with as it does drastically take more time to render unless forced limits are placed lol

- I did do more fan art for my sfw ads! More so just by inserting Koor but still!

- Backgrounds went ok? I did random stuff with them more often than not. Some turned out more interesting than others!

- I used prints instead of business cards which I like much more! So did the people I gave them to!

- Confidence is weird. I do have more confidence in my work from people acknowledging said work more vocally to me. Especially when some of said people are those I've know of from afar. However it is very obvious that my confidence is also tied to how much I earn as it's intertwined with "My job performance" which isn't healthy. However... it is one of those easy to spot indicators when the most noticeable feedback is my ability to buy a goods & services lol

Patreon changed how it measures metrics each month which throws some research off. Growth this year was there but not super high which is understandable due to everything in the world. I am hoping to hit 2k monthly from Patreon in 2022. Not sure if that's realistic, I can be hopeful though! It's definitely in the realm of possibility from looking at others growth and my own! - I technically drew the bathrobe

- I've also been diving into different mediums. More video editing, some 3d work, ;3; sadly not that much programming. I did learn a bit of spanish though! (spanish is very hard lol)

- Current Koor did a LOT more VRchat which helped in general and really elevated my MFF2021 experience. You've moved too much but now ended up in a nice place. You did get to experiment more, hopefully some of said experimentation pays out (literally would be cool). You've started a lot of project ideas, they do need finished. So long as the world doesn't tank, you should do even better than before! You also need a better traveling working station. When travel happens things just stop which for the moves wasn't great. One day the ipad will happen...
