October 2022 Update (Patreon)

This is the Forty-Sixth month of the Patreon!  ʕ； •`ᴥ•´ʔ It's pumpkin month. The spices grew up. So adorable and BIG! Thank you all for your big pumpkin fuck'n support!

- International Nut Day (Oct 22nd) Gotta use #NutDay #NationalNutDay for the normies
- Halloween (31st), many scares wow

MFF!

It'll be at MFF this year! 

I'd like to do more this year than my normal hangings outs. Thus I'm looking into volunteering plus I've submitted a panel! Both of these will weirdly probably make me easier to spot xD

When I'm able I'll let you know if my panel is accepted! It'll be a Transformation topic panel so hopefully they pick it :3

Patreon's System Update to Monthly Charges

Patreon has rolled out an option that would allow me to change future patron's charge dates.

Instead of a charge on the 1st of the month, it would be the date which you started your support. Aka, a person becomes a pure fur on March 14th, next charge date will be April 14th.

Originally the 1st of the month charge was to reduce transaction fees percentages. >3> Being nickled and dimed does not produce a good time. If those transactions fee percentages don't change then I'll update it. I'm currently looking into it!

Main Projects

There's a lot to do when one comes back home. Family was both a good and bad time.

A did a fair amount of SFW stuff cause explaining PP is hard ;3

But for real, one of the shirt designs is done. Color palettes are a future thing cause I forgot just how limited clothing materials colors are :')

Still need to render series stuff.  Publicly you may have noticed I haven't posted anything for most of September. Due to being busy with a bunch of stuff I didn't want overload myself trying to keep early access stuff here. So I decided to just not post for a month lol. Posting will resume this month!

Polls!

NGL, I messed up. Felt bad about missing the Monday date and my head was empty of thoughts for a bit there so uh... I missed the set up of polls. Not great. Polls are actually proceeding this month. Gonna be a lot so I hope the voting supporting furs here are opinionated!

Side Projects

The side got turned into a main a bit haha. I've landed on 3 videos and a Twitch stream presentation as the first batch plus the "I'm back to youtube" video. These videos I'll release early here when they're done!

The Twitch presentation is about how to come up with ideas. I'd like to mention my new videos at the credits, thus I need to edit them in, but the rest is fully edited!

The next 3 videos will be:

"How to draw every furry head". It'll drop along side 2 Tiktok/shorts videos of my process for drawing heads. The main video will discuss the actual how and why of drawing heads.

Funny enough, this type of video is actually a lot to produce. However it'd be such a boost to the start of my channel that it needs to happen.

Personally I view most current fur head tutorials as either long winded or style explanations. Long recordings with sprinkles of good behind the scenes info is nice but could be cut down into a literal tiktok/short. Styles are much more interesting but run into the "how to draw anime" book problem of telling people what to do without much flexibility for other situations. Great for copying other people's process, very bad for beginners to learn from.

Biggest oof video I've seen so far was just a style video in the form of a cut down drawing session recording but you weren't "allowed" to steal their style. >3> Not great...

What I'm trying to say is that I'm making the best furry head tutorial video(s), ok. NOT THE BEST TUTORIALS, the best furry head tutorial(s)

"Why Popufurs will never talk to you" is a very polarizing eye catching topic which definitely has the [Rando Twitter user makes comment about video, one they never watched, purely on title alone] vibes

It's a topic every youtuber makes but few go into normal terms as to why. Invisible alienation from audiences/peers while being visibly idolized by said audience/peers, thus not being allowed to show "ungratefulness" even when the tasks to keep one'se self relevant, aka popular aka maybe not broke, has dehumanizing elements.
One fur-tuber got close but this again is one of those topics I feel like I can do better at with minimal extra flair needed just by stating the quiet parts out loud.

It also has a secret message hidden in it for those who will never be nor want to be a "popufur". A communications skill to be more specific. The best time to make this video is now since my sfw is still "small", thus hopefully such a message is actually received. Trying to avoid the roaming gangs of "Eat the Rich" types who think 2k followers equals being a multi-millionaire somehow...

"Will AI take over furry commissions" is again a polarizing eye catching topic which... I have many options on and think people are underselling how amazing of a technology it is because if others realize that, a bunch of artist starve (including meeee yaaay... ... ...like, comment, and subscribe before the deep fake videos gets me too)
The why popufurs is an explanation video, this video is very much just opinions that are probably on the path to being right. Within my circles, I have the minority opinion so it'll defentially be new info to most furries I think!

That's my side project turned main project. In total I've written over 10,000 words with a lot of it being new and based on old script/outlines. Done some research for them. It's a lot. If you're familiar with my twitter rants, these are much more focused essays basically cause I'm not just tweeting random thoughts but doing re-analysis over the course of days.

My main goal here is to get a lot of engagement quickly on topics that tend to spread like wild fire due to interest or reply-ability. 

Thus I can focus on small current irl/furry events or more personal videos like discussing portland which although still very interesting, don't really catch people's eyes. (There's so much portland footage so it'll be a time and a half haha.)

Tf Adventure game is still slowly being developed. When the video setup is done I'll put more time into this. >3> Cause game's output will inherently take a lot of time as videos will be shorter. When I have alpha phase-video base setup then more time can be put into game devlopment for both this and 3D model stuff (cause I need to learn how to do the more technical apsects of that too woooahh)

General

- I got the updated covid vaccine. Pzifer's is so different from moderna's. I wasn't at 100% but I wasn't in bed for the day which was nice lol

- It got cold where I live which I think is nice!

- Let me tell ya, family gatherings where everyone has fallen into conspiracy theories sure is a time that I definitely hate a lot a lot

- I directly told my family about my SFW content and some of them watched my older videos so that's neat. Let's hope they don't find this account, not cause I care about showing them ween but my mom would make weird jokes and I just don't want that lol
