Carting In Bike Lanes (Patreon)

I wanted to do a more cartoony looking cow (which I kinda succeeded on) just cause I thought it'd be fun. Uh... then I made a whole story about implementing bike lanes. I will try to complete this series cause I think I can make a good point with it. But also cow tf is just kinda fun

Description: 

A citizen had been using a recently completed protected bike lane down to their stripe mall, but was sad they couldn't safety travel to the movies with their friends. So they decided to volunteer with their local bike transit advocacy group who had been very effect in their plans for the past several years. He's learning why!

We'll cage you soon!" He panics "WHAT! I- I mean, free range is better!"  They reply "Your dick will be very free roaming. We use an advance vibrating rod that only stops cum and flaccid dicks!"
