I cant seem to get these scenes to work properly. The characters seem to be out of sync. Can you help me?

Do you have the most recent version of Timeline installed? Could also be your performance settings. If you go into user preferences and go to the lowest performance setting and reload the scene does it still play out of sync? Other than that I'm not exactly sure what it could be. Since these scenes are very light in terms of dependencies, if it's not timeline or performance, it's hard to tell what could be the problem. What cpu and graphics card are you running?
