I’m incredibly honored to be included in Allan Amato’s next book, Seraph (which you still have four days left to pre-order through Kickstarter). After the photoshoot was over, I sat down with him to talk about my personal perspective on, and appeal for, getting naked in front of an audience. What can I say? I'm a modest exhibitionist.

If the video has troubles playing, you can watch it over on Allan's Facebook here.

I admit to not being as excitable a person as sometimes I would like, but photographing Erika Moen's Comics and Art for Seraph bucked that trend, big time. I've long been a fan of her work, and...

I never considered that you got harassed for OJST, I'm so glad that you have the overies to do it anyway.

This was really cool to watch! I remember reading your comics about life modeling but it's really neat to hear the story behind how you got into it and your thoughts on it in your voice. I don't know if I'd ever work up the courage to try it but I always kind of admired you being so brave about being part of the artistic process and the kind of vulnerable but weirdly safe place it puts you by being a life model. This just makes me see you as being even cooler!

I was startled when you said that you get death threats, but sadly that quickly turned into a feeling of "of course she does, she's treating sex as an adult". I'm glad you draw OJST, and I hope you stay safe.

Didn't know about the death threats either, that's super depressing and awful. I'm happy that you can enjoy yourself doing this at least.

Thank you for facing what you do to give us open sex-focused comics about enjoying our own bodies. I'm sorry other humans are less grateful. ><

You're the coolest! You've more than ovaried up, drawing this comic. Hell, being brave enough to talk about butt virginity way back on Stripsearch. You are very appreciated. Thank you! The answer is probably yes, since you live in the Seattle area, but are you familiar with Dan Savage's HUMP! film festival? It's the safest way I've ever come across to dip your toes into adult film, if it's something you wanna do.

Really nice video, you seem so comfortable and natural. And you're saying things that make sense to me, but are very personal as well. Much like sharing your naked body, in the video you're sharing your naked mind. How honest and brave - you are truly one of my heroes.
