Thanks for this illuminating comic! Still, fursuits freak me out. I get the whole identity-space-freedom-thing, it's the fact that I can't look them in the eye while their suit suggests that they are looking into mine. Brrr.

Very well done (and so cute) all my furry friends have been sharing this comic everywhere

I'm a furry and I love fursuits, both interacting with/looking at them, and wearing them - and I get creeped out by this sometimes myself! Especially on fursuits that DON'T have 'follow-me eyes' (sunken a bit so that it looks like the character is looking at you from any angle). Weirdly, though, the 'use your own eyes' style mask-like suits creep me out even worse - it breaks the suspension of disbelief in an uncomfortable way. (Fun fact: furries refer to going in public partly-suited (ie hands showing, or more typically head removed/face showing) as 'ruining the magic' and it's generally considered a very bad move, especially if you remove the fursuit pieces in front of others - especially kids).

I have to say I found it absolutely hilarious that they used a superhero cosplayer as an example. I always assumed furries would get busy in their suits because that is EXACTLY what I would do if I got my hands on a Batsuit.
