hank!! danganronpa doesn’t use the talents half the time because it’s implicitly critiquing the inherently reductive view of “talent” as a measure of worth — it’s showing that these characters are more multifaceted than their performance at a specific task!! the use of “talent” is both a criticism of the japanese school system and something of a gimmick within the structure of the game!! hank!!
