My all time fave grilled cheese of all time i used to make for my roomates is sharp cheddar, kraft, and Muenster on sour dough. It’s so gooey and the Kraft adds a bit of nostalgia! (Sub sliced goat cheese for a more layered flavor!) An alternative grilled cheese that is delicious is a kimchi grilled cheese! Cheddar or Muenster with kimchi sandwiched in the middle! The cheese makes the spice of kimchi a little more mild! Thank u for coming to my grilled cheese corner.

I'm trying to find where to get some myself. I love brie and camembert, especially baked inside puff pastry, stuffed with garlic and herbs, or apples and topped with honey. Really want to try it with taleggio cheese now.
