The kobold snuck away from his group into the treasury to play with himself. Then the hideout got attacked. The other kobolds saw that they were outmatched and fled. Our kobold here was too distracted with himself to hear the alarm and now the only way out was blocked by the intruders. So our kobold searched for a way to hide. The treasury was built quite well, made to keep people out, but that also meant it kept people in. But then he spotted a can of golden paint someone had used to fix up some art objects and he got an idea.....
