Weird shrine [WIPs] (Patreon)

L: One of the secondary backgrounds in the Flat at the zero level. From here, there’s a beautiful view of the Vin Dusko marquee, surrounded by a crescent-shaped river. For now, there are no distortions or strange anomalies here… except, perhaps, for this small shrine? Who or what do you think it was built in honor of?
