TCOL: Seylala sprite [LINE + SKETCH] (Patreon)

L: I continue working on sprites for the third chapter (: Now we have Seylala, a character from one of our loyal sponsors, KevyCrow. 

She has a very expressive name, given to her by the owner himself - “sey-la-la”, and it perfectly reflects her frivolous, eccentric nature. She works in the theater and, like many in Vin Dusko, practicing occult stuff and believes that she can influence the weather with the help of her birch staff. Ingrid, who works as a costume designer in the same theater, can hardly stand her assertive optimism, but Seylala is her only friend in the entire marquee.
