TCOL: Seylala's sprite [FINISHED] (Patreon)

L: Work on Seylala's sprite is finished, and now this bright girl is getting ready to conjure up above-zero temperatures for you in March!

| “Yes, I can predict the weather. Yes, I can be wrong. What's about it? Not a single weather forecaster provides accurate forecasts.”

What circumstances do you think will lead us to meet Seylala? When you first met, what impression would she leave on you?
