Patreon revamp + Coaching level! (Patreon)

I'd been chewing on ways to offer better benefits to patrons for a while, so now I'm excited to share some changes to the higher-level tiers!

The $10 Bladecrafter tier now grants access to a monthly group calls:

You get access to my monthly publishing chats, which are otherwise private. Each chat will include either me talking about some aspect of the industry or a workshop-style discussion where we brainstorm about challenges in the industry other patrons face as writers, readers, professionals.
--This benefit will be active with 1/month chats as long as there are 4 or more patrons at this level or higher. If this and the higher tiers drop below 4 patrons, I will solicit patrons input on what other benefits you might want while we build support back up.

There is also a new $50 tier for patrons interested in coaching:

You'll get one 30-minute virtual coaching session with me each month - I'll troubleshoot with you about career strategy, marketing questions, how to hand-sell your book, etc.

Backing at this tier gives you a 33% discount on my base consulting rate as an incentive for subscribing vs. contacting me for a one-off session. If you'd rather pay for each session individually, go to http://michaelrunderwood.com/publishing-services/ and contact me that way.

This tier is currently capped at 5 people.

Coaching and career development was one of my favorite parts of working at Angry Robot, and I've missed out on that part of the job. I already offered coaching and publishing services, but I wanted to try these new levels out to give a few different options for people at different price points. The first group call will be in March, but if you sign up for coaching before the 1st of March because you want to get started now, we can chat and figure something out. (Normally, Patreon will charge you as a Coaching patron on the 1st of the month, which then makes you eligible for the monthly scheduling post to set a time for your coaching. This allows me to not have to switch to the charge up-front subscription model).
