I am hearing lots of good ideas and desires for the final pairing for "A Star Is Born," the Quidditch-centric HP story. This is your chance to impact the outcome. A main plot point in this story is Harry overcoming PTSD through some questionable decisions, so he will interact with many female characters, but your votes will determine the final outcome. Patrons receive weighted votes (5x for $5, 1x for $1). Let's see who you pick! If there is anyone you would like to see added, let me know!

I so deeply regret not starting my Patreon when I did Fleur De Lis, it was a massively popular story in its prime, and I would've made bank lol!

I did one a long time ago, called A Badgers Champion. It's not a bad premise, but the grammar and sentence structure would cause an enormous amount of work. It had a lot of potential though. Good light Harry story. Very dueling and Quidditch Centric.

Personally, I agree! I am pulling for Katie, the story was designed for her I think, but I've heard a lot of comments on other preferences, so I at least wanted to give it a chance!

How about a vote to remove Ron and Hermione from the story.... or at least have them not be a couple. I just reluctantly cancelled my subscription because I just cant read a story with them as a couple.

Also I wouldn't worry about Ron and Hermione they are extremely minor characters. Hardly worth mentioning.

I just cancelled the renewal, it said I would still have access until October. I can still see the payment for one year back in October 2025.

Katie seems like the obvious choice, and probably would be more empathetic to the Quidditch-Star life. On the other Hand, someone outside The media circus, like Gabrielle could add a lot of drama because she struggles to accept that she is not always #1... That also should be interesting to write, but adds the danger of not getting the PTSD-Point across. Difficult to find a balance and also not to overload the reader with heavy stuff. We also want some happy chapters. Thank God I don't have to write.

I'm not up to date, but Harry having his relationship tied to what he does for work, even if he loves what he does, probably wouldn't be too healthy if he isn't stellar mentally. It's good to have strong supports not related to work.

Dude, what? I remember reading some of that story back in the day. I thought Fleur De Lis was the first story by you that I read when I saw it on a "Flowerpot" thing. Holy crap I also read a Dark Lord's Rising(which BTW would be probably rad to see remastered with your current quality of writing. Didn't bother with the already posted remaster since it only hit 8 chapters). It doesn't look like A Badger's Champion was finished on FF.net with an AN that wasn't adhered to, which feels more prudent to mention than the grammar when the last update was in 2021. lol Not saying you should finish it, but maybe update to show it is abandoned and mention it was when bringing it up. If I was a Harry/Hannah shipper that would have been upsetting.
