DragonCon Concept #2 - Beerus - (for Bunny Hutch) (Patreon)

Day 1 (officially)

Before even get a comment saying “BEerUS iS nOt A BuNNy! heRe’s A cAt!l" here’s my response:

#2, just enjoy the experience 😅😭

(TBH, I know none of you are like that, but just in case there’s that one person… That’s for you)

Oh my Lord (Beerus...I laughed, so I win lol) … Y’all do not know the INTENSIVE process this is to put this together!…

As I’m making this from scratch, and still putting it together as we speak… It is slowly coming together and I am very happy thus far!

To put into perspective, the pants you see were not originally that color and started off as white. Then, I did a dying process which turned out to be a really nice blue, but a little too dark for what the cosplay entails. In my initial post, I said that “cosplay or cosplaying in general does NOT need to be perfect“… But then my perfectionist side bombarded itself out of me, and I stripped the dye from the pants (which I’ve never done before) and then proceeded to re-dye to the right blue hue and it came out perfect! I think I’ve dyed these pants at least twice or three times with MANY washes in between.

The gold bracelets are from me experimenting with EVA foam for the very first time! I have cosplaying friends and they've referenced this material a lot in their tenure, and I see the benefits of this. And for the first time, I learned about snap on fasteners, which is securing the bracelets!! Thank goodness THAT part was very easy and seamless to put together because good Lord (Beerus...I'm not stopping lol)…

All in all, I’m learning A LOT from this process and experience from this cosplay alone! I still have to make the top portion with wider size EVA foam that just came in and that’ll be the final piece of this cosplay.

I should’ve been calculating how much time each cosplay took… But I’m already making a blog and have way too much on my plate anyway to even try to calculate shit. But man… I can’t wait to showcase this one.
