1. Carmine and Junior equal, then Tony and Johnny Sac then Ralphie Sil Paulie and Christopher. 2. You almost made me lose my coffee with the 'banana hammock' comment. 3. Continuity editing error: During the housewarming party scene you can clearly see Bobby, the kids, and dead wife Karen walking down the stairs. 4 The woman in the picture with Furio is the head boss in Italy. She gifted Furio to Tony back in season 2. 5 . When Carmela and Tony start messing around, not only was the music Meadow was playing loud, it was the same song she just danced with Furio. Tension building.

Johnny Sack is Carmine's underboss, basically second in command. Ralphie is a captain. Johnny Sack outranks him. If you take Junior out of the equation, given he's a figurehead at this point meant to deflect heat from Tony, then Silvio (as Tony's consigliere) is roughly equivalent in the NJ pecking order as Johnny in the NY hierarchy — but the NY families are more powerful, and so all of NJ is kind of subservient to them as opposed to being on equal footing. Chris couldn't be made until NY "reopened the books", Tony can't just make someone without NY's blessing.
