The Rotary Republic of O!elli is composed of seven distinct yet interconnected facets of government, each working together to usher in a new golden age for its people. One of these facets, the Vitalizers [O’ch'un => O’//un] have a leading focus on the planet's ecology!

There are many thousands of decentralized villages that were established as reseeder colonies focussed on fertilizing the soil with reparative flora and fauna. Their populations are largely descendants of O!elli people that were repatriated after generations of being displaced and abducted. They have protected the fungal jungle for hundreds of years, living as one with the environment.

A reemergence of ancestral practices has overtaken many of these reseeder colonies, as inhabitants saw their close poximity to nature as a means to reconnect to their pre-invasion heritage. In this way, the reseeder colony Vitalizers are stewards for both the ecosystem and tradition in equal part.

Traditional practices such as ritual masks, masquerade performances, and hunter gathering are alive and well within these communities.

This colony in particular is set deep within the fungal jungle, amongst titanic networks of fungal roots that have created their own cavernous environment after being maintained for hundreds of years. In keeping with their naturalistic focus, the people have a symbiotic relationship with large bugs called Hābani that they navigate the jungle with, using them as mounts.
