When Sandra finally got her powers, the first thing she did was swap lives with her brother Keith. Keith wasn't born a witch so he couldn't swap them back. He complained that he wanted to return to his old life and old gender.

Sandra got tired of all the complaining and put it on the line. She didn't want to be a girl either and she had the power. If anyone was going to be a girl, it would be Keith.

What she didn't say, but implied was that Keith should get used to it because he was going to be this way for a long time. Probably the rest of his life.
