Optimum Realism Configurations for SEUS PTGI & KAPPA Shaders (Patreon)

Hello everyone!I've encountered many people who are facing issues while installing and adjusting the settings for Optimum Realism, and I knew I had to make a video showing at least all the essential settings for my resource pack.

I barely had any time on my hand, but I managed to create this one so everyone with problems installing Optimum Realism can enjoy the pack.

                                             

                                                                     If:

The video settings menu doesn't look similar to mine- You don't have Optifine installed. 

Optimum Realism resource pack isn't showing up -You probably have it in the wrong folder. It should be in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks

Lines between blocks (SEUS PTGI)- Your texture resolution in the settings and the resolution you're using are different.

so why doesnt windows ten edition look anything like this i just spent money for a monthly subscription for it to look like mincraft with some extra light

Optimum Realism

This is the Java Edition version of the pack, which you can very well avail with your subscription. The Bedrock version of the pack(win10 edition) uses the default RTX pipeline which is not comparable to Java Shaders. I recommend using BetterRTX with Optimum Realism but still, it's not a comparison to Java Edition. If you want your game to look like this and nothing less you'll need to use the Java Edition version.

Enable resourcepack reflections, and make sure you're using SEUS PTGI HRR 2.1 or Kappa shaders

Perhaps, which AMD gpu do you've? and which version are you trying to use?

I use optifine and fabric with a mod called 'optifabric'. However it's outdated and no more required. I don't recommend it anymore

why doesn't my game look like it does in the videos? and many blocks have no new texture at all

You need to use the right settings and the correct shader. Are you sure you're using the latest version of Optimum Realism too?
